If you're traveling with kids, it's best to ask beforehand, as the ponies and other small animals are only available on holidays, not on weekdays. The only animals you'll see are two peacocks. However, the staff's attitude was very good. Seeing that the kids were disappointed, they promptly gave them small hotel gifts to cheer them up. I really appreciate and thank them for that. The couple's afternoon tea was decent. Personally, I found the food to be just okay, nothing particularly impressive, but tastes vary, so take that with a grain of salt. The biggest highlight of this room type is the hot tub in the room; its depth and size were perfect, and the kids loved it.

Traveled with my mom and stayed at this hotel, and we were absolutely delighted! It's conveniently located right across from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just a three to four-minute walk away. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was comfortable, and most importantly, it was very quiet! While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was thoughtfully prepared, and every item was high-quality. The service was also excellent, with the staff being warm, attentive, and proactive in helping with our luggage. The hotel even offers complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and white fungus and red date soup, along with a tea room and a library.

This hotel is very close to both entrances of Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, so I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the park. After watching the Iron Flower show, a lot of people were trying to hail taxis at the park exit, which meant a long wait. Staying here was super convenient because I could just walk back to the hotel. The owner even upgraded my room. There was a bit of street noise, but I always sleep with earplugs, so it didn't bother me at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I've stayed at Atour hotels in Chongqing and Luoyang, but this one is by far the most beautiful. The facilities are brand new, and it's super convenient, only 800 meters from the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden Welcome Gate – a 10-minute walk or a 7-yuan taxi ride. The Xing Sheng De restaurant next door is excellent, especially their bucket chicken. The hotel also has four sets of washer/dryers, which makes laundry a breeze. The staff are very friendly too. When I went to pick up my laundry right on time, I found one of the ladies had already thoughtfully folded my clothes instead of just piling them up, which I really appreciated.

This is probably the closest hotel to the east gate of Wansuishan Mountain. Traveling with a child, choosing this hotel over a guesthouse was definitely the right decision. Cleanliness and hygiene are basic standards, and after a tiring day of playing, having the hotel just across the street was perfect. The hotel staff were very polite, and the front desk lady was lovely and very responsive. I'd like to specifically mention that the breakfast here is excellent, very suitable for children, and also great for adults who are health-conscious. We initially booked for 2 nights, and the service, environment, and location were all good, so we extended our stay for another 2 nights. If we come back to visit again, we will definitely stay here. PS: I wasn't quite used to the local Henan food, so the hotel breakfast really helped fill that gap.

This is arguably the best 5-star hotel in Kaifeng city, located within the Jinmingchi Scenic Area, directly across the lake from Baojin Tower. The buffet breakfast restaurant has a back entrance on its outdoor terrace, allowing guests direct card access to the lakeside walking path. After a satisfying meal, a leisurely stroll around the lake takes about half an hour, perfect for digestion and exercise. The Peking duck set meal at Baiyuan Chinese Restaurant for dinner was absolutely delicious. The Peking duck, candied eggplant, braised pork hock, spicy duck head, sweet and sour pork, and duck bone soup were all incredibly fresh and tasty. The room was clean and tidy, featuring a large balcony that offers stunning views of Jinmingchi, perfect for enjoying the scenery, sipping tea, and relaxing.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near many tourist attractions. The room was clean and offered a nice view of the street. They also provide thoughtful services for guests, such as hanfu and tea snacks, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the smell was quite strong. They couldn't provide an air purifier. My original room on the second floor had a very strong smell, so after I reported it to the front desk, they moved me to a first-floor room where the smell was a bit milder. The good points are that the service is very good, and the breakfast is quite extensive. It's also very close to the Wansuishan scenic area, which is convenient.

The hotel environment was quiet, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The location is excellent, with easy access to dining and shopping, and I slept soundly through the night. The front desk service is attentive and efficient, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. Hot water is plentiful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The self-service laundry room is very practical and convenient for travel. The service is courteous and considerate, making for a reassuring stay. It's the top choice for business travelers and highly recommended!
