I would like to raise a complaint regarding a recent hotel booking made through your platform. The price displayed on your website at the time of booking clearly indicated that breakfast was included. However, upon receiving the invoice and checking in at the hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not part of the package.
To make matters worse, the hotel itself is offering a better price than what I paid through MMT.
It is standard for most hotels to include breakfast in the room rate, and I was unaware that choosing a lower-priced option through MMT would exclude it. This lack of clarity is extremely disappointing. When I checked again, the listing still showed a price with breakfast included, which makes this experience even more frustrating.
