Fantastic location, great service. Hotel staff are polite, friendly and considerate. Helpful to inform us about the town’s app and showed how to book shows. Gym wasn’t working but they offered to use another hotel. Select your breakfast upon check in but they’re not flexible to accommodate changes. Will stay here again next time.

Last time I visited Chikan, I didn't stay within the scenic area. I noticed this hotel while exploring and immediately added it to my list. So, on this trip back to Chikan, I made sure to book it directly. And it was absolutely phenomenal – truly beyond my expectations! I'm incredibly pleased; every detail was meticulously thought out, and the decor is exceptionally stylish. A solid 5-star rating!

The room itself was generally okay, with nice attention to detail. However, the lighting was excessively dim. My elderly family members didn't like it, saying it made the room feel gloomy and lacking energy. Even after adjusting to the brightest setting, it remained quite dark.
