2 malam tak boleh tidur . Bunyi bising sangat . Not recommend langsung . even call the staff pun nothing can do . please fix this issue . Buat apa stay hotel kalau nak bunyi bising yang kuat . bising tu bunyi heater dari mana ntah . macam bunyi tv tiada siaran tapi kiat sangat . Membazir duit je even hanya hotel bajet

I like this hotel because it has a lift, a strategic location, and it's clean and tidy.

Toothbrush need to pay.. room got mosquitos! Ok for solo traveller. Near kajang bus terminal just walk 2 mins. Infront hotel got 24/7 mamak

As a budget hotel, I’ll give a full rating. Place is nice, price is affordable, even the toilet looks luxury. They provide a stretch of PC to use in the lobby.

The receptionist (fatty Indian girl) service is particularly poor, and the service attitude is not good. Please view surveillance video.

Nice and clean

Location is good nearby Indian Muslim restaurants and various shops nearby for anything. Staffs are very friendly and rooms are clean. They provide all amenities except dental kit.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the room was very dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. There was a strong musty smell, the walls had cracked and peeling paint, and the bedsheets were covered in yellow stains. Even the pillows had short hairs on them, which made me suspect they hadn't been changed at all. To top it off, the price on the booking platform was significantly higher than the direct booking rate at the hotel.

I usually get comfortable rooms here with a good selection of TV channels and YouTube. However, on this visit, there were no TV channels available, and the air conditioning was blowing hot air. Given that I'm a frequent guest and the rooms are usually well-equipped (I sometimes book via Agoda), I should definitely be able to switch rooms, shouldn't I?

Kajang bus terminal. I am travelling from JB to Kajang and the hotel is right at Kajang bus terminal. The hotel is clean and the room looked like it had just been renovated. Hair dryer and kettle were provided but only missing the coffee/tea satche. There's also a wardrobe with hangers to keep our clothes tidy. Good restaurants and convenient shops around the area. I recommend this hotel to those who wish to have a short stay and venture to Kajang.

Great location. Staff are very approachable and accommodating. Located in the heart if Kajang Bus Station. Convenient store, mamak and other restaurants are within walking distance. Kudos to one of the Indian staff there, she is indeed a helpful lady and should be promoted.
