Such good service. The trip was for my father's 80th birthday. And, the hotel staff ensured that the day was a memorable one.

We recently stayed at Fortune Resort in Kalimpong for 2 nights with my husband and daughter, and it was truly a delightful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained with lovely lawns where children can run around freely, and a clean swimming pool that we enjoyed once the rain cleared. My daughter, who is autistic, especially loved the open space and the swim—it was heartwarming to see her so relaxed and happy. The staff made our stay even more pleasant. Everyone we interacted with was humble, kind, and always ready to help. Some wore “learner” name tags, which we appreciated, especially since they were still attentive and respectful in their service. Ajay, one of the staff members, stood out for his helpfulness—he assisted us with our luggage and was always courteous. The restaurant service was equally warm, with approachable staff and a decent menu. While the food was good overall, we did face some difficulty with meals for our daughter, as she couldn’t eat most of the regular items. It would have been nice to have more flexible or kid-friendly options for children with special needs. Nonetheless, the peaceful environment, warm hospitality, and beautiful setting made it a stay to remember. We’d love to return again—hopefully with better weather next time!

We had a truly memorable stay at Fortune Resort Kalimpong. The property is serene, beautifully maintained, and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. What made the experience truly special, though, was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. A big thank you to Mr. Chirantan, the General Manager, for his personal touch and genuine hospitality. Mr. Suman, the Manager, was equally welcoming and ensured everything was seamless throughout our stay. The food at their in-house restaurant Zodiac was excellent. Every meal we had was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with both local and Indian options that were a delight. The entire staff across departments was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. It's the kind of place that makes you feel cared for from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kalimpong. We look forward to coming back.

We frequently visit the restaurant. The food is consistently delicious. Till now there has been no complaints. The staff is great they are very hospitable. We always have a good time here. Ms. Sneha took care of us today but each one of the staffs are very welcoming. Highly recommended! Amazing time.
