Ambience and Location: The hotel is praised for its serene and picturesque surroundings, nestled in the Himalayan foothills. Guests appreciate the lush greenery, beautiful gardens, and breathtaking views, making it an ideal location for relaxation and enjoying nature.

Very nice stay. But food was not up to the mark. Behaviour off all staff is very nice. Overall is very good for staying. Swimming pool and games room are very nice.

This is the second time we are visiting this property and as we have stated in our pat year review, Mayfair Himalayan spa resort, Kalimpong is home away from home. Firstly, the weather is very pleasant and soothing and this resort offers a very relaxing experience combined with beautiful and well maintained gardens. The room is very spacious, comfortable and user friendly. The housekeeping department destve a thumbs upfor their service and attentiveness. The library is very serene, peaceful and well maintained with lots of informative books. The buffet breakfast and dinner spread is excellent and very delicious. We would like to thank all the chefs for the delicious dishes. The restaurant staff are very friendly, helpful and very attentive. The massages and facials in the spa excellent and by far the best we had. The whole property is well maintained. We would like to thank each and every staff by name and the chauffeur too, for their exceptional hospitality. They are very helpful and friendly. And, we would like to THANK the whole management for making our 39 th wedding anniversary the most MEMORABLE one so far. Thank you Ranjeeta mam and everyone, for their heartwarming celebration. And we were really overwhelmed with the room decoration on that day. It was really lovely. Thank you so much everyone for the pleasant and wonderful surprise on our marriage day. Once again, thank you each and every one, for making our stay a memorable, heartfelt and pleasant one. We really took back many happy memories with us. Looking forward to visiting again soon!!
