Awesome view of Kanchenjunga from the green wide spread lawn. Wonderful hospitality, ever courteous staff with smiling face. Rooms are big with all facilities. Location is just about half a mile from the market. Food is good, could have been better.

Never think of staying in this hotel. The staff is extremely rude and uncooperative in every way. For example, during checkout it was raining heavily, and they did not allow our vehicle under the porch. They said it is “their rule” and forced us to carry all our luggage through the rain. As a result, we got drenched, our luggage was soaked, and despite requesting them multiple times not to spoil our trip, they showed no concern and behaved very rudely. This hotel does not care about guests’ comfort at all. Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs.

Very nice stay. But food was not up to the mark. Behaviour off all staff is very nice. Overall is very good for staying. Swimming pool and games room are very nice.
