We came to the beach club at the start of the season. It is a lovely place, everyone is very accommodating, and there is a nice sea view. The staff weee great, Hande from guest relations was lovely. Entry fee can be deducted from spend during your stay.

Suite with jacuzzi very spacious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Views are wonderful; turquoise sea looking out to snake and mouse islands. Lovely beach club. Ladders down into the water were fine. Do watch out that the rungs under the water will be slippy! Breakfast buffet extensive. Whole honey comb. Omelettes to order. High standard of food. The hotel itself has many steps from the beach club up to the rooms. Good for fitness.. but they have a golf buggy which you can request any time to get to any level. We didn’t try the pools, which although looked lovely, were not heated and the sea was so inviting. Also be aware that the approach roads to the hotel are steep, maybe more than 1 in 4 in places, so put your seat belt on. The taxi drivers are used to the approach so after the first or second ‘hair raising’ trip you become blazee too and it’s rather thrilling. A word of caution - always ask for and keep your receipts. Best to pay as you go. We did find that some guests appear to have guessed at their room numbers and we had a drinks bill that was not ours (as we always pay each time and never charge to the room). All was sorted most amicably, but not what you want at check-out.

We spent the day at the beach club and it was an excellent experience. Sunbeds were comfy. Easy access to the sea. Lovely pool to use. We had lunch and it was very good. Overall we had a really lovely day. We liked it so much we have booked for next October to stay in one of the villa suites. We normally stay in a villa but decided we would give the hotel a try as we liked it so much. Roll on next time.

Stayed for a week for some late sunshine with friends. Plenty of sun beds and options where to lay out in the sun. Beds right down in the bay had a beach club vibe, those up top by the pool were more “traditional” European holiday vibes. Staff were friendly and attentive without being invasive. Rooms were really well laid out, breakfast had loads of choice.

We absolutely loved our time at the Lures Hotel. We normally do a villa holiday in a kalkan but decided to give a hotel a go and are so glad we did. Great service, incredible rooms, fantastic breakfasts and a stunning location. To anyone reading negative comments about the staff not speaking the best of English, get over it and remember we are in their country and they are learning and doing their best and we certainly appreciated that. Would definitely return.

Just returned from the most amazing holiday staying at the beautiful Lures Hotel. Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and the hotel was simply stunning. Amazing room with a view to match, lovely staff and great location in Kalamar bay just a short taxi ride to Kalkan. Fell in love with the area and will be back.. Thankyou

We have recently returned from a most enjoyable fortnight stay at this hotel. We stayed previously last September, when the hotel had only just opened. We were impressed last year, and were aware that various changes were planned for this season to both the hotel guest areas and the beach club. Wow! The improvements have really affirmed the hotel’s position as the best in the area, and I am sure, further afield. It was great to see that some of the staff in reception and the beach club area had returned to the hotel. Breakfast arrangements were further improved, with unparalleled views over the bay from the dining area. Attentive and friendly staff were everywhere who were happy to engage in conversation which we, and they, I believe enjoyed. Thankfully, as I am not as mobile as I used to be, if you wished to use them, there were always buggies available to transport you wherever you wished to go within the complex. Opportunities to use the twice a day mini bus transport and the motor boat, to the town, were other welcome additions. To compliment beautiful rooms and views, all round standards have now reached a very high level. Thank you for providing a top class holiday location.
