"Wonderful experience. The location is marvellous. The hotel is a 3 stars only on paper. In reality is more than that. The breakfast is copious. The hotel is extremely clean ( I have rarely seen such a dynamic cleaning staff in a hotel!). The reception is literally incredible. Everybody is going every single time for the extra mile. It's like out of a fairy tale of a world of kindness and attentiveness that does not exist anymore. What a pity the Internet was working very randomly. The staying would have been extraordinary instead of having been "only" splendid."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, close to a beautiful sea. It was clean, and the service was excellent. The staff was always helpful and polite. If you love seafood, Georgalas offers plenty of delicious Greek cuisine. Families with young children will especially enjoy it here, as I noticed kids having a lot of fun in a lovely and secure environment."

"The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean! The breakfast contains a good amount of food to choose from and it varies depending on the day. The bar is also decent and the price is quite OK. The sunbeds that the hotel offers are very close by and the beach is nice. I'd have liked to have is beach bar so that we wouldn't have to go back to the hotel bar to get drinks. Also if you have dietary restrictions, you might want to come prepared as gluten-free and lactose-free options are very limited."

"We stayed at Secret Paradise Hotel for 10 days. Here is an honest review of our stay. When we first arrived, it was after 9.30pm but even though the restaurant was closed, they served us a lovely meal which they had put aside for us. We thought the bedroom was a little small initially with not a lot of storage. We had a balcony so the size wasn't really a problem and we spoke to reception who arranged another drawer for us. The first day, the cleaner did not make the bed. We spoke to reception and have to say after that, although not cleaned until the afternoon on occasions, the room was kept immaculately clean, bed made, bathroom cleaned, towels changed and floors mopped. I am vegetarian, my partner eats meat. The food was amazing with lots of variety, and being a vegetarian, variety is normally something you don't get. Breakfasts and evening meals were absolutely lovely. If there is any downside, it is that you aren't able to put your evening meal allowance (charged at 14.50 euros pp) towards eating in the restaurant on the roof. We visited the spa, charged at 15 euros each. Well worth it, it is really lovely and we had the whole place to ourselves. They use a reservation system. The area around the hotel has some very nice restaurants, lots of different shops, many chemists, gift shops etc. The beach is sandy with lots of sunbeds available. Apparently if you buy one drink from the bar owning the particular beds, you have the bed and umbrella for as long as you want. I had read on other reviews that the staff can't do enough for you. This is exactly the case. Reception staff and restaurant staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and professional, and do everything they can to make your holiday enjoyable. Special mentions must go to George and Eletheria in the restaurant. All in all, this was one of our happy memorable holidays where everything fell into place, a lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff, and excellent food. "

"Location is very convenient, 3-5 min to the beach. Beach is sandy. Room are very clean, nice decor, art every where, very goid vibe. Atmosphere is amazing, staff so polite. They helpful with every thing. Special thanks for Sofija at the reception desk. And the icening on the cake are breakfast.8 warm dishes every day and each day somethink different plus chese , ham and a lot of more. Cakes and cookies, fruits , salads and different yogurts . It was amazing holiday becouse of amazing people in this hotel. I will definetly back there."

"Good selection! Only 40 minutes to center of Thessaloniki! Filled our expectations! Excellent staff! Good planned architecture, nice sandy beach, good for children; very nice garden. Panagiotis is always there, leading his staff like a virtuous. Always taking care of everything. Cousine needs small developements. The showers in hotelblock need to keep the water inside. After a quick shower all the bath was full of water. Overall satisfied and enjoyed!!"

"A wonderful hotel on the seafront. Friendly staff, cleanliness throughout, comfortable rooms, a magnificent view from the rooftop terrace, and delicious breakfasts. The hotel has its own private beach area and sun loungers for each room (room numbers are written on umbrella poles). Beach towels are available at reception. They make delicious coffee downstairs in the lobby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would love to return."

"The room was dirty, had dead insects on the floor, check in was in another building, the elevator smelled strongly of mold, the bathroom was very small and the automatic heater was problematic!!! It had a window without a mosquito net and so you couldn't open it, the room was filled with mosquitoes!! Very low ceiling... The staff was polite and helpful!!!"
