Evita Resort - All Inclusive

The reason I’m writing this 5 star review for the Evita hotel, is because of the great food, great drinks and especially Sam from the entertainment team. I’ve never felt so welcomed from the first day, he was funny, energetic and amazing with entertainment. The comedy show was gold and I’m honestly gutted I couldn’t stay longer to see more of him.

Activities were so much fun! Hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing. We were never short of things to do and the activities instructor Sam was always so fun and interactive with all the guests. He made everyone feel so welcomed and was truly lovely.❤️❤️❤️… don’t forget Riko and Billy!

Just back today from 10 nights at Evita, easily the best value holiday we have had. Food excellent especially the snack bar, drinks plentiful although must have been weak as we drank lots most days and where never drunk (though some ****** managed too). Entertainment team brilliant especially Sam, room no issues all areas clean. Couple of small issues, not enough loungers at the start of our holiday but this was rectified a couple of days ago when loads of high quality new loungers arrived. Electric also when off site wide a few times for about 10 mins but sorted quickly. Taxis also seem to be vastly overpriced (12.5 euro for a 2.5k journey) not sure if this is an agreement between the hotel and the taxi firm but prices in town and in Rhodes town are cheaper, reception book the taxis for you and have a price list. Overall you get way way more than you pay for, weather was great clear and what felt like 30 every day. 100% would return.

We have only been here 3 days and love it, the hotel is huge with plenty on! Rooms are clean and tidy! The entertainment team are top class, SAM AND BILLY are so funny and have made our time here so far a great experience. Weather your on holiday to chill or to go wild there is something for everyone

Only on our 3rd day here but rooms are awesome, pool is great, bar is great, food is great but best part about the hotel was Sam from the entertainment team, put a show on all day everyday. Worth the visit just for him and Billy from the entertainment team Not normally one for hanging around the hotel on holiday but they make it woth it here. Love you sammn!!

We came as a group of 7 & arrived at the hotel around 1pm, our rooms weren't ready which was to be expected as check in is 3pm, but we were told to come back at 2pm so we went into their restaurant for some lunch whilst we waited. The lunch was average at best, a lot of the food was cold and not great flavour wise, but we were optimistic that the evening food would be better. Come 2pm, we still couldn't get into our rooms & the lady at reception was quite rude, even though she'd told us to come back at that time, we had to wait around another hour, whilst other guests were coming in and being shown straight to their rooms. It wouldn't have been annoying to wait if they hadn't told us we could go in at 2. When we finally got to the rooms, they were far away from the main hotel & were pretty disappointing. Every room has issues, mainly with the bathroom. Ours was particularly bad, dead mosquitos on the walls, dirty bed sheets and towels, no hand soap, broken towel rail on the balcony, no bath mat, mould in the bathroom etc. The worst part was that we only had half a shower door and no shower hook on the wall which made showering particularly difficult. We reported these issues to reception that night. They were friendly and apologetic, and assured us the issues would be resolved first thing in the morning. The next evening when we returned to the rooms, nothing had been done, not even replacement of the hand soap (we weren't given any during the entire stay). So we went back to reception and told the same thing again. The next day we were told the same thing again, at this point it was getting pretty frustrating. We had 3 rooms in total, and the other 2 rooms had their shower doors replaced but they just took ours away, so we couldn't use the shower at all. We came back from dinner one evening at about 9:30pm to find maintenance fixing the shower, which seemed like a very odd time of day to fix the issue. It shouldn't take 3 days to fix an issue like this. Reception had told us that they had overbooked and put us in rooms that hadn't been checked or used for 6 months, which explains the issues but is also completely unacceptable. When we spoke to reception for a third time, they offered to pay for us to go on an excursion which we thought was a lovely gesture, however when we arrived to the transfer bus, it was overbooked at we had to get off, which left a sour taste in our mouths for obvious reasons. The organiser did offer to pick us up an hour later to take us, so we waited about an hour and a half for him to return as he was a bit later than he said previously. We still had a fab evening in Rhodes Old Town though and would definitely recommend visiting there. We'd booked another excursion through different company a few days later, much to the disgust of the hotels organiser, who made it very clear and made a lot of sarcastic comments to us about how he'd never be late and the other organisers had forgotten about us, which seemed pretty rich

Always have the best of times at Evita resort hotel. My 4th time this year with my 2 daughters and husband. We absolutely love this place. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and do their utmost to make your holiday go well. The food is amazing, so fresh and varied enough to give everyone what they want - if the main buffet does not have what you want the snack bar will, you can not go home without gaining a few pounds! Plenty of pools and the entertainment team are brilliant. Kids club, water gym, water polo, quiz time and an amazing magic and fire show! The restaurant staff work so hard and always have a smile for you, and the bar staff particularly Savva and Mike are so friendly and sweet, you are well looked after here. My daughters both had a manicure and gels which have lasted so well, 2 weeks now and not a chip, price was cheaper than UK especially with the Monday discount 30%! So good! Warm, family friendly, welcoming hotel - highly recommend!
