as a couple we spent 7 nights in the mitsis faliraki 5* hotel! first impressions very clean and immaculate, the hotel is in a great location directly on the beach front, close to bus tops taxis and faliraki center being a minute walk outside the hotel! the hotel room was clean with a great addition of a mini fridge stocked up every day with a variety of drinks, all 3 bars had a different selection of drinks with fresh fruits icecream and freshly made crepes at the pool bar! staff were very freindly and nothing was ever too much trouble, the a la carte resturants were absolutley fantastic! the food was exceptional, evening entertainment was lively and enjoyable, small shop inside the hotel was very cheap with a good selection of things to buy, overall we really enjoyed our stay here

spent 10 days at the resort and had the most amazing time. the rooms are luxurious, comfortable and stylish. pool and beach are right there for you to enjoy, with plenty of space to lounche about. the restaurants have plenty options and waiting staff for those as well as the bars are the friendliest people! my immense thanks to all staff for making the stay so lovely, I will definitely be coming here again when I'm able

Stayed here for 7 nights and only ate here the full time, me, my wife and 4 year old twins have suffered really bad food poisoning, I have also got medical advice and they confirmed it’s this too. When I expressed my concerns with the hotel they didn’t show much care and just said it’s probably a bug I caught on the island. There was other people during our stay who also told us they got food poisoning Also the buffet options are very very poor unless you want mainly, fish, pasta or liver every day. A lot of the time they had the same options at lunch and dinner which also makes me think did they just reheat the food hours later and it’s causing the food poisoning AVOID

Contracted food poisoning at the hotel, and after already leaving a review here explaining my experience and lack of compassion from staff, I also received an email threatening legal action from a manager for leaving a 1 star review. In addition, the entertainment day and night is minimal. This is not worth a five star rating. Not a cheap place to stay and 5/7 days were stuck in the hotel room ill from the food.

Superb hotel and very pleased with our choice, EasyJet Holiday and checked trip advisor before booking. Week in late May 2025, we arrived at the hotel just before 10pm and met by very friendly and accommodating reception staff and invited to have meal and drinks as restaurant was closing, very nice gesture. Checked in to our room and them to bar for a few drinks. It was evident the hotel was full, you just need to manage you stay to get the best out of it, and plenty of space around pools, large grass area and large beach area. As there were six adults in our party Conceige were very helpful to book the numerous A La Carte restaurants, all were excellent especially the last sitting for Sushi and ‘champagne’. The brunch in the Mexican Restaurant was also a treat too. This hotel has a winning formula for me and my family and if all Mitsis hotels were as good, then they deserve the success. Michalis waited on us we rented one of the massive sun beds was definitely worth it we had the best day the best service I love it here he was very accommodating checked on us a lot and made sure we was comfortable. He always checked it drinks was needed and we really enjoyed the water sports on the beach 😍 had the best time in Falaraki.

We had a fantastic fun 10 days at Mitsis Faliraki. The staff are amazing (all but one) and really made our whole stay hugely enjoyable. We would not hesitate to book again. Too many to staff to name however we would just like to mention Louisa, Olga, Yiannis (buffet) Christos and Grigoris (al a cartes) as we did not manage to FB post and mention their fantastic service whilst we were there. We can highly recommend the al a carte restaurants and love meeting up with some of the team from the Grand Hotel now working at Faliraki temporarily. We also have to say that the buffet restaurant was probably the best in a long while, thank you. The pools are great and loved the sandy beach with great drinks service from both Mikalis and Nicos. Evening entertainment was great most nights. Faliraki is on the doorstep if one particular night is not your bag. Easy bus to Lindos and Rhodes so a great location. Thank you all, J&P
