Excellent hotel staff and service . The food provided is very good especially the Italian restaurant. The swimming pool is superior with beautiful scenery. Give us an unforgettable memory in Rhodes.

We've had a fabulous 2 week holiday here!!! From the warm welcome off Anastasia and all the amazing staff who work really hard! Special mention to Eirini, our waitress most evenings in the Dama Dama restaurant - thank you for recommending such lovely Greek wines and taking care of us! The 4 Speciality Restaurants are definitely worth booking and you can book each one once a week - download the Grecotel app before coming on holiday. These restaurants are smaller than the buffet dama dama restaurant and the staff here ensure a more intimate dining experience. Lovely touches not usually given at AI - free minibar replenished every day with water, soft drinks, tea and a coffee machine. We cannot fault the choices of all the drinks at the bars and again a big thank you to all the staff. For anyone coming here for their holiday - enjoy!!!! We cannot fault the hotel and will definitely recommend it.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic, so helpful. The customer experience Manager is all over the hotel every day to ensure you are happy, if the could improve one thing it would be more beds & umbrellas by the pool as the space is incredibly hot and demand is high. Christina & Maria both deserve a mention!

I am currently staying at this hotel and I was slightly worried beforehand with some of the recent negative reviews before we arrived. I have to say to put anybody’s else’s mind at rest who has this hotel booked to ignore the negative reviews. This hotel is fantastic, the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great. The room we have is lovely, staff visit regularly to top up mini bar etc. Food and drinks are brilliant, A La Carte’s are really great. If staying I would recommend booking A La Carte’s through the app to avoid disappointment. Max queue at beach bar 10 mins which is fine. Hard to find any negatives if I’m honest and after the recent reviews I was expecting to only be writing about them, 10/10 would recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel. In particular the staff (who were always so attentive and friendly), the scale and beauty of the hotel itself (nothing in Faliraki remotely compares), and the incredible food (we never really wanted to leave the main buffet). We were so sad to leave, and will be visiting a Grecotel again in the future - we can’t wait

Wow. We are very very disappointed with our stay. The only positives we have are the staff are very friendly and helpful and the sun loungers are super comfortable. Other than this there isn’t much to praise. Upon first arrival the room is not at all like described on the website. It’s very dated and small and there isn’t even a mirror for getting ready. This already set us up for a bad start at the hotel. The balcony door did not close properly which meant the wind howling through and waking us every morning. The curtains also did not close properly so we were woken by bright sunlight most days. The buffet options are very limited and all the food is served lukewarm at best. It’s also only open very short times during the day which results in being very busy and having to queue to be seated. There also is not enough seating inside which means having to walk ages to get to your table and food being even colder. The queues to get a drink at the beach bar are ridiculous with not having enough staff and when you finally get a drink it’s served in the tiniest cup so you have to go back for another. We were told during check in that reserving sunbeds was not allowed but if you were up any later than 8am you wouldn’t get a bed. There’s also no where near enough seating for the amount of guests at the hotel. The gym and spa facilities are only open 10-6 which is no good for someone wanting to get up and use the gym this was very disappointing. There also could be more entertainment in the evenings as there is live music one night a week (which was amazing) but most other nights there isn’t much for adults to enjoy. We requested a late check out for 4pm as we had an evening flight but were told we would need to pay nearly €100 in order to do so and couldn’t even be promised shower facilities either. As a whole it feels very overcrowded and got busier throughout our stay with the pool being busy at all times and not very relaxing. It seems there are not even facilities for the amount of guests they have.

Excellent Stay! The hotel was very clean the rooms and also in and around the hotel was very clean. Lots of choice of food at the buffet and also you have the option to book into restaurants at the hotel. The beach bar was staffed well and you didn't have to wait long to be served at the bar. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Outside of the hotel is the bus route to go to Old Rhodes town (2.50 Euro one way pp) or cross over the road and the bus takes you to Lindos (5.00 Euro pp one way) this saved a lot of money as i didn't have to book the trips to go there just went on the bus which didn't take long at all and is the last stop on the route for both places. I received amazing service from Christina, Rooms Division Manager, so helpful and provided outstanding customer service Christina is an asset to the hotel.

Perfect stay! Great holiday. Lovely staff, clean, beautiful food, and lots of choice of restaurant. Beautiful pool area and great beach facilities. My only criticism isn't of the hotel but some guests securing sun beds which is just selfish!

The hotel has many positive points, and the first one I will start with is the hospitality and service. It is on the seafront with a beach that is large and mattresses that are not on top of each other. The spaces are well separated with a large swimming pool, large beach and children's slide pool area. The food is very good for this type of hotel, it was a good surprise. The beach bar with lunch and dinner is great for enjoying the seaside holiday. My children really enjoyed the ice cream and pancakes in the afternoon. For the negative aspects, I was very disappointed with the kids club, the infrastructure is not up to standard, the exterior is not in the shade only a tiny tent, while the ground is sand and It is unsurprisingly hot during the day so my children could not play outside. The kids club is for children under 3 years old for the others it is boring despite the people in the kids club being very pleasant. The hotel needs to think about renovating some spaces such as certain rooms and the bar and the sofas at the entrance to the hotel. The red armchairs are old and ugly. I recommend this hotel in June because it is very pleasant and excellent hospitality.
