В номере и общих зонах очень чисто. Есть кулеры с горячей водой, что удобно. Рестораном не пользовались. Замечательные сосны и ухоженный газон на территории. Персонал вежлив и доброжелателен

Супер отель!!! Очень понравился! Есть всё::тапочки, мыльнорыльные принадлежности! Чистый номер! Постель огонь! Персонал очень приветливый! Есть разные беседки для разных мероприятий! Территория, с одной стороны -сосны Парковка большая Минусы: рядом дорога, ночью шумновато Не очень удобные подушки Мало каналов в телевизоре

Самый ужасный ланч бокс который получал. Где я должен был по вашему счету заваривать чай, сразу во рту? Номера новые хорошие, персонал просто до свидания, до закрытия ресторана было 40 минут, а нас прямым Русским языком просто послали!(а мы артисты) Ну а ждать мясо 2 часа в обед это вообще финиш.

Ужасное заведение Персонал полнейший ужас Обслуживание ниже нуля И так о об всем по порядку. Был свадебный банкет в красивом помещении но с ужасным обслуживанием Самое ужасное: Нам принесли тарелки для салатов, в них все гости клали что хотели, когда пришло время другого блюда, офики (по другому нельзя называть этих людей) ставили тарелки с другим блюдом ПРЯМО В ЕДУ!!!! Это что за дикий ужас!???! Все гости были в шоке с этого, а за эту еду заплатили. Официанты выглядели максимально не опрятно, без бейджей, все ходят в разной форме, кто в водолазке, кто в рубашке, кто в футболке У девочек волосы неопрятны у всех торчат в разные стороны Со стола убирали только когда их просили. Весь персонал отеля ооочень недалекий, все без бейджев, обратиться по имени не возможно просто.

Отель интересный чистый не заюзанный не далеко от жд Калуга 2 в номере фен мыльнорыльное тапочки, завтрак достойный, из минусов рядом нет магазинов, ресторан работает не понятно как пришёл в 12:00 не смогли покормить по меню… выручила доставка. Территория живописная сосны парк газон.

Отель произвёл очень приятное впечатление. Расположен он в 10-15 минут от центра Калуги. Если вы на машине, то смело выбирайте его. Парковка большая и бесплатная. Вокруг отеля небольшой пролесок. Есть детская площадка. Останавливались на одну ночь семьёй. Разместились втроём в четырёх местном номере, тк другие номера были заняты. Номер современный, просторный, чистый и уютный. Единственный минус - это шум от дороги. В ресторане при отеле очень вкусная кухня.
