BabyqiaojoHad a fantastic stay! Originally wanted to book for two nights but it was fully booked. It's a great stopover point if you're heading to Kamakura. The breakfast was good, and they provided toiletries, tea bags, and even face masks at the front desk – a really nice touch. The location is excellent too; you can reach a shopping mall in just a few minutes, and the nearby ”Uofuku” restaurant is fantastic, full of locals.

XiaoyangsanshouFantastic location with incredibly high value for money. It's a 5-minute walk from the Ofuna station, and you can even see the Shonan Monorail from the window. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, including an excellent dessert shop right across the street. Plus, there's a large 24-hour supermarket just a 10-minute walk away.

The room was clean. The large TV with YouTube was great for the kids.
The location was convenient, close to Kamakura Station and easy to explore. There were also many good restaurants within walking distance for dinner.
I was a little confused about the check-in process, but I was able to contact them quickly and they explained everything.
I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Overall, it was pretty good.
Pros:
1. Just a 5-minute walk from the station, which is very convenient.
2. The price is quite reasonable for this area.
3. The staff's service attitude was excellent.
Cons:
1. The room was a bit small.
2. Smoking is allowed in the rooms here, so there was a smell of smoke as soon as I entered.
3. Mineral water is not provided in the room.
4. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, which is a bit later compared to other hotels, but you can store your luggage.

It's a little far from the station, but it's close to the sea and has a lot of local feeling. The interior of the historic building can be felt particular. There is a drink bar where you can drink coffee. I became a fan completely. Thank you for your help.

I didn't want to say anything, but after I left the hotel today, I texted him that I didn't pay for the room, so I wanted to say something. The house is an early local residential house, a two-story wooden house with three rooms above and below, all managed by this samurai buddy. When checking in, a girl came to help introduce the room and precautions. After 9 pm, everyone got off work, leaving only the guests. Last night, there were two young people living downstairs, and the other room was empty. The two young people went out after storing their luggage at 9 o'clock in the morning, and did not come back until after 9 o'clock in the evening when the lights were turned off. They almost couldn't get in. In fact, the door was not locked, but the sliding was stuck. It was cold these two days, and because the sliding windows of the Japanese-style room were not tight, there was air leakage everywhere, and even the two young people downstairs couldn't stand it. I looked at the bathroom shower room and didn't go in again, and I didn't take a shower that night. Of course, it was also related to the cold weather. Breakfast was also very simple. This buddy came over at 8:30 with a backpack and processed it here. Before 9 o'clock in the evening, the people downstairs were very noisy. I was a little sleepy and went to bed early. This guy was dressed like a samurai. His ancestors must have had samurai traditions. He was also good at communication and introduced some samurai customs. I felt that the guy was pretty good and worked hard. I wanted to praise him. Because I saw that he seemed to sell wine here, all of which were opened, and also opened meals. There might also be tour guides, so I had to pay the bill at the end. I thought the platform required 8,500 to check in, so I took the initiative to tell the girl who showed me the room that I had to pay the room fee. She went downstairs and asked the samurai, and then took a receipt to check the amount. I gave him 10,000, and she gave me 1,500 in change. I think he should ask the girl again when he checked in at 4 pm.

Guest UserI didn't check the reviews when I booked. This hotel operates on a fully automated check-in system. As I hadn't received the check-in number via email, I found myself completely stuck at the check-in kiosk. I had to call the hotline. After a lengthy explanation and a long wait, the system still didn't indicate what information was missing. It kept loading for ages, and I was wary of pressing 'back' in case it reset the whole process. Eventually, after waiting too long, I had no choice but to go back, which meant contacting the hotline again. We ended up communicating via WhatsApp to resolve the issue. If you've never experienced such a check-in and are feeling a bit adventurous, you might find it worth a try. The room itself, though, was quite comfortable and clean. However, it only had a high, narrow window near the ceiling, which isn't a problem if you're out of the room during the day.

It's really close to the station and there's a convenience store nearby.
But the bathroom space is really a bit too small, and there are no shelves to store things, which is not very convenient.
In addition, the hair dryer is also broken and cannot blow hot air out😥
