"It takes more than ten or twenty minutes to take the hotel shuttle bus from JR Kameoka Station, so you need to make an appointment with the hotel in advance. The Japanese-style room is very comfortable, and breakfast and dinner are also great! There are hot springs. There is a shuttle bus to the Hozugawa Ferry Terminal, and you can also make an appointment for pick-up and drop-off from the Saga JR Station."

"I visited for a family trip. I made a reservation for a shuttle bus by phone, but it is quite far from the city center. It is quiet and the air is good, so I am satisfied. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
I think the large bath and open-air bath are not bad. It smells a little like Lux. I was a little disappointed that there was no ice cream that was supposed to be given for free after bathing.
I made a reservation for a room with an open-air bath, and the atmosphere was very good and I was very satisfied. The bedding was clean and soft, so it was better than a bed. The staff was also friendly, which was nice. The location may be a pity, but if you think about the atmosphere of Shoenso, it is not crowded, so I would like to visit again."

"The hotel is very exquisite, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, the room is clean, and the private open-air hot spring is very comfortable, but the public hot spring is a bit small, and it will feel crowded if there are one or two more people.
The staff's service attitude is very good. There are a lot of free coffee, tea and ice cream in the lobby. Free mini bar and snacks are also provided in the room.
The overall feeling is very good, but the location is a bit far away, but if you originally want to get away from the city and enjoy the natural tranquility and bathing, this hotel is a very good choice."

"I stayed in a standard twin room, which originally had no shower room but only a toilet. However, the double room (one bed) has a shower room. Because the room was fully booked at the time, I booked two beds. Maybe the introduction on Trip.com was not correct. The picture of the hotel is clear or there is an error. I wanted to change rooms, but the hotel was full and could not change rooms. Haocai Hot Spring was very good. The portion of the dinner was small."

The dinner provided by the hotel is also good.
