Overall the stay was enjoyable, comfortable and lovely
The hotel provides shuttle service to Sounkyo Hot Spring Ice Fall Festival and Asahikawa station, which is helpful
The food (buffet) was alright, with different varieties of choices
The only thing is that the staff are not very responsive to requests made via email

Not worth the price charged, it’s very old aged room, no maintenance , there’s a hole on seat and the staff sewed it to cover up, as a high class hotel , this should not happen. If the chair cushion spoilt, you should change it instead of sewed it up . The toilet can tell old, turn yellowish . If you need to maintain onsen hotel standard with the price charged, either upgrade the room to better new room or refurbish your old room. Conclusion, it doesn’t worth the cost

第二次來層雲峽，之前住的層雲閣這次想換一家，到的時候大雪紛飛打電話給前台沒人接，衹能自己拖着箱子一路爬上坡，温泉馬馬虎虎，食物普普通通，唯一值得表揚的是有接送到冰瀑祭，應該不會再來了

非常滿意 是這次旅行很不錯的酒店了 吃的好 房間也乾淨舒服 景色絕美 煙花表演是個驚喜 酒店洗衣機也很好又便宜 服務人員很熱情 免費BUS的師傅特別好 住兩晚是完美 一晚太少 冰燈節也很好玩。第一次在峽谷中泡露天温泉 那個冷風呼呼的厲害 體驗感超級好哈哈哈
