Amazing
GGuest UserIt was late, and I felt that I could choose it. After all, more than 2700 would not be too bad. I was actually a little disappointed. It was old, the facilities were not exquisite, the quality was average, barely four stars, there was no bathroom in the room, and the balcony door did not have screens. There were many mosquitoes in, 🛏 was not comfortable.
The hot springs are not bad, there are several private spaces in the off-season, and the breakfast is not bad. There are many varieties of dinner, Jin Muxuan, live abalone, but the quality is not exquisite.
In the morning, I saw a quality hotel on the way to Tangdao. The scenery is obviously better and the price is more suitable. The score is not as good as this. It is estimated that there are not many people who live.
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful place. Quite as I wanted. My room
was with lovely details and everything well prepared. Train station was 6 minutes walk and the beach just across the street also 2 minutes walk only. With approx 15 minutes walk you could be in the next bigger area with food shops restaurants and the nice river. I could book a private 50 minute outdoor onsen time and it was awesome. The stuff are absolutely friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable and had no wishes. I would come back.
__WeChat366053****The small house is nestled in the mountains not far from Izu-Okawa Station. It's a classic Japanese-style room, with greenery visible from the window, inviting the mountain into the room, and the moonlit nights. The chirping of insects and the white noise of the water are soothing, and I headed upstairs with a warm bath, where I had the best sleep I've had in ages.
The staff was very attentive and gentle, helping with transportation, pouring drinks, and making breakfast. Sitting in the room with iced green tea, gazing out the window, my heart calmed.
After tire of the crowds at Asakusa's attractions, I came to Izu to see the mountains and the sea. I was so happy to stay here.
The room was clean, the decor was fresh, and the hot pool was warm. If you're not driving, you really need to plan your time well, as train schedules can be unpredictable, and getting to and from all the attractions requires advance planning. If you haven't already ordered food, it's also worth buying it beforehand, otherwise it'll be a bit inconvenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Izu Atagawa, two stops below Izu Kogen. The hotel provides a shuttle service. The hotel's lights are decent at night, but most areas are pitch black. During the day, you can see the ocean within a one- or two-minute walk. The hotel room is large and offers excellent value. The double bed is spacious and clean. The bathroom is a bit small. There are two hot springs, one open-air and one indoor. Bathing costs an additional 600 yen.
WWill FreceThis is a cuteeeeee little hotel. And yes its two stars on here, but I have to say, a hotel is just a place to sleep and what you want at the end of the day is a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to do that. This place delivered on that. What's most important is what's around it, and in this area, there is no better place to stay than this hotel. It's situated in this awesome part of Kawazu that is just breathtaking. You can follow this path along all of these different waterfalls, and it's a gorgeous walk. Plus -- it's 5 min walk away from this Onsen that is outside and next to the biggest waterfall, not to mention that their open-air onsen at the hotel itself is stunningly beautiful (I am speaking specifically of the men's onsen -- obviously didn't try the women's!). I think this is a two-star hotel on Trip.com for its services -- there's no room service, gym, amenities, etc... -- but in terms of location and onsen quality, its a four star hotel. My friend and I had a really nice time, and though there are so many places in the world to explore we are unlikely to return ourselves, I would refer people to this hotel without hesitation.
GGuest UserThis is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.
GGuest UserWe had a delicious and fun time with the family.
The private beach was also wonderful. If it was summer swimming season, the waves would be calm and it would be easy for children to play there.
It was the last weekend of March during spring break, but the hotel was well thought out and didn't feel crowded, which was nice.
The freshly fried tempura in the dining area and the fried bread for breakfast were very popular and delicious. However, the smell of oil permeated the yukata and hair I was wearing, so I felt like taking a bath and washing my hair again after the meal. I think it would be difficult, but if the ventilation environment was good, it would be perfect! That's how I felt.
Hhizoe155The room was beautiful with a sea view, a tatami-style Japanese straw mat. The entrance area had a separate bathroom, sink, bathtub, and shower. The room was large enough to accommodate four or five people. I just stretched out on my back, which was so relaxing. There were bathrobes available for soaking in the ninth-floor hot springs. The facilities were a bit dated and self-service, so it was best to go with a group. The ninth floor was very quiet, with no one around, which was a bit...
Disadvantages: The hotel is located between Atagawa Station and Inatori Station. It's about 1.2 kilometers from Atagawa Station, with some downhill slopes and a coastal road, making it a bit arduous to walk with luggage. There are few restaurants or convenience stores nearby. At night, when I went downstairs, the road was dark and unlit, making it difficult to go out. It's best to stock up on food and water. The hotel offers a shuttle to the station, but please arrange with the front desk.
LLThe staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.
