My wife and I stayed here for one night when we went to see the rape blossoms in Boso. From JR Awa-Tenjin Station, you can get there in about 7 minutes by walking leisurely along the foot of the mountain, passing by the elementary school. As you would expect from a long-established ryokan, the inside of the hotel is beautifully and cleanly decorated with a ``Japanese'' concept, and the walls in the lobby are beautifully decorated with Japanese-style obi (sashes) worn throughout, giving it a very nice atmosphere. In addition to the room we stayed in, ``Wakamurasaki,'' the room names include color names such as ``Moe Yellow,'' ``Blue Indigo,'' and ``Amber,'' giving it an interesting feel. Although we were told in advance that there would be no view from the room, we actually had a clear view of the ocean. Meals will be eaten at the restaurant, but all meals will be in private rooms and you will not meet other customers. As expected from the location on the seaside, the food was lined up with fish and seafood, and the quality and quantity were perfect, and the presentation and presentation of the dishes were amazing, so both of us couldn't help but say "Wow!" over and over again, whether it was for dinner or breakfast. I did. For dinner, in addition to fresh sashimi, the main dish was a whole, surprisingly large stewed red sea bream. I worked hard to get everything from the head and eyes to the tail. It was also very delicious to eat the broth over rice. At breakfast, I was very happy to see that there were many elaborate dishes for dinner, such as blue crab miso soup, grilled fish, and meaty hijiki. The hot springs were also very relaxing, especially in the open-air bath on the rooftop overlooking the Pacific Ocean, where I could hear the voices of the black kites circling on the mountain behind me, which made my heart feel at ease. The prices are very reasonable and the service is attentive. I would love to visit again in a different season.

For the meal, we enjoyed Chiba fish. It's fresh, plentiful and delicious. The presentation was a bit arrogant and it was difficult to move the plate when eating. The room has been renovated and is clean and has a massage chair, and the view to the sea is not worth mentioning as it looks over the road and private house in front of it. The mattress is extremely thin and hard. I took my elderly father there, but he complained that he couldn't sleep because of his lower back pain. There was nothing I could do because I didn't have a spare futon or mattress. Even when dealing with reception at the front desk, there is a lack of sophistication, such as suddenly leaving the customer in the middle of a conversation and turning around to get something. Able to speak quickly and express necessary information unilaterally. The food and baths are OK, so if you learn the basics of customer service, you'll have a better impression of the inn.
