Very grand the building of the hotel! I believe it must be the best hotel in Kampar during last 2 decades. The hotel still quite well-maintained now, located in a very convenient area for tourist. No complaint about the condition of water and air conditioning. Swimming rather small but the view was superb.

Strategic location as placed at the center of Kampar new town. Easy excess to nearest shop. Not to worry about die to starve. Room was quite spacious. But the bed got me back pain. Bad condition of bed firmness. For breakfast, limited foods choice and not frequent refill by staff. Cereal provided not the original one.

We booked a family triple room (1 king bed & 1 single bed ) .The room was clean, but the hotel is quite old and really needs upgrading. The air conditioner is outdated, very loud, and too cold. The temperature control was not functioning properly. The air conditioning unit also felt dirty and dusty, and after staying for two nights, all three of us in the family experienced blocked noses. The air conditioning definitely needs servicing or replacement. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, which made it difficult to rest well.The hotel breakfast was very disappointing with limited and low-quality choices.
