The hotel is conveniently located: 15 minutes walk from the bus station where we arrived and left. True, the city center and the archaeological zone are about 7 km away, but if you want, you can take a taxi, and we enjoyed walking. The hotel is located by the river, opposite there is a nice cafe, where we had dinner for three days for 40-50 baht. The advantages of the hotel include a beautiful territory (swings, lots of greenery, a view of the river, several buildings, generally picturesque). The owners - it seems Chinese, sincerely help - they took things around the territory in a car, the hostess has a couple of cute fat Spitz dogs that you can pet. There is no kettle in the room, but after the second request to get boiling water, the hostess simply brought a kettle. We asked if it was possible to bring a couple of chairs from the river - no problem. The hotel is in the back of the yard by the river, so it is very quiet. Quite a comfortable bed, interesting wooden furniture, carved. Unfortunately, there are some downsides too: the internet connection in our room was very poor, it worked well in the breakfast room, but as soon as the sun went down, mosquitoes swooped in, real beasts, we had to douse ourselves with insect repellent and they still bit us. There was no cleaning for three days, however, apart from taking out the trash, there was no need for it, I think if I had told the landlady, she would have sent for a maid. There is no place to put cosmetics in the bathroom, so they dragged a chair from the river. The bed linen is strange, it seems to be synthetic and burgundy. Apparently, because of the humidity, it seems that they do not clean well - there are streaks on the mirror (I tried to wipe it - it does not wipe off), the door to the veranda also has traces of insects (and this is just laziness of the maids). Breakfast is not bad: five types of food (rice with variations, scrambled eggs), coffee, cookies.

We had booked a deluxe double room for 2 nights. We got a standard double room. The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for several months. We've never seen such dirt. The bathroom had never been cleaned before. There was more dirt in the mirror. The water was only lukewarm when showering. The bathroom stank of sewage. The TV didn't work. The air conditioning was more of a dirt trap. There were stains all over the walls. There were hairs from previous guests on the tiles. There were ants running around the room. The breakfast was inedible. There was only Thai breakfast, which was already cold, no toast, no jam, and not even fruit. We only drank coffee and ate on the way. The only good things about the hotel were the location by the river and the proximity to the tourist highlights. A car is required for this.

It might be a bit old, both in the bathroom and the TV. The remote control is not working, it has to be manually operated. Other appliances, the refrigerator, can be used, but I saw that there is a newer room, but I don't know why I got the old room.

Good accommodation. The owners are very friendly. The parking lot is very spacious.

Great location, great service, even though my check-in was later than scheduled, the owner was kind enough to let me stay for the full day. 😄

It’s not good. There is something similar to mouse droppings in the cracks of the window sill, and the river view room I booked is on the high side. After I went there, I found that it was quite different from the photos. The store’s explanation was that the online pictures were just advertising pictures. In addition, this hotel does not have a front desk and does not require a passport to check in, which is quite troublesome.

Good room, cheap price, good atmosphere, next to the river, breakfast not passable. It's a bit off-putting.

The location of the hotel is not bad. I suggest you buy everything and then go back. The hotel is a bit far away and it is not convenient to buy things, but the hotel is still comfortable.
