Hotel Seri Nilai

The location provided was completely off, by about 7 kilometers. We landed at midnight and didn't find the guesthouse until 4 AM! Our phone calls went unanswered! We had to take a taxi and search three different spots before finally locating the place, only to discover the owner had simply closed up and gone to sleep, ignoring all our calls! This is an utterly unacceptable way to run a business. If you accept bookings for late-night arrivals, how can you just shut your doors and go to bed? On our frantic search, we noticed other guesthouses had their front desks open and staff ready to assist. But this owner? Seriously! Being in a foreign country, in the dead of night, what if something had happened to us out there? Who would be responsible? If you want to sleep, then don't accept midnight bookings! This level of irresponsibility is simply appalling.
