It's a quiet hotel, the front desk was saying that guests are mainly coming from KLIA by grab. The hotel is ok but the feeling inside is not so ok.

Not sure how the star in Trip.com work, found this hotel having 1 more star compare to the one i usually go, but in all aspect this one is worse. with a queen size room, the room and toilet is almost excruciatingly small, dust and stain everywhere, especially on toilet wall. Toilet is so small that there is no place for u to shower, so when switch on the shower head, you either flushing toilet bowl and toilet paper, or flushing on sink. Bed and blanket is very comfy, but aircon not really cooling even at the lowest set value, and noises from windows are loud. No hair dryer in the room, not sure if can request from counter, i do not bother to go down to ask as i only staying for 1 night Tablet is relatively small, and there is 1 PVC cable cover on the floor, so when using the table for work the chair they have will wobbler, or you sit at one corner at the table instead of middle of it. Will not return for this price.

First time stay in this hotel, good location. But mid night can heard besides roommates conversation and make a noise. Difficult to sleep.

The room was good, and the room service was unexpectedly excellent. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful, but there is room for improvement in maintenance. Attention is needed regarding the condition of the rooms; for example, the posters were semi-detached from the wall, there was a crack in the ceiling, the water heater was not working, the toilet door mat was missing, and there was dust underneath the bed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as a 3-star hotel should strive to meet international standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
