Checking was straight forward as room had been rebooked by Trip.com. Direction after exiting. KLIA Transit station at Klia2 is non-existent and signage direction to Tune hotel is very limited. Who would've guess that u need to take the exit next to family mart to find the hotel. Hotel is quite clean but the towels in our room appeared a bit worn. The TV had an Astros sport channel, didn't try other channel as it was playing rerun of 2025 French open. Buffet breakfast selection has a reasonable wide selection of local fare.

For the price i paid the hotel is good never imagine that hotel with just 3 floor got a lift really amaze with it because i am with my 75 years old mother really safe my day.. the room also nice with big bathroom..nice hotel with good price

Generally a warm welcoming stay at Sama-Sama hotel with a prompt baggage driver at pick up point. A polite receptionist attended us at midnight though a bit time consuming regarding our registration due to few customers at queue. I could see his patient won us at heart though we felt sleepy and tired. The room is conducive, neatly designed, clean and quiet surroundings though near the airport. We had a good rest then. No doubt, it’s a wise choice to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives for its hospitality and strategic location. Congrats!

Rất thích khu nhà biệt lập trần cao thoáng, có sân phía trước như thế này.
Khu vực này xa trung tâm nhưng gần sân bay (20' đi/đến sân bay) nên khá thuận tiện, vị trí phù hợp mục đích nhóm bạn đi chơi go-kart cuối tuần như chúng tôi.
Nhà 4 phòng ngủ, phòng tắm nóng lạnh đầy đủ, đồ dùng, thiết bị bếp phù hợp nhóm bạn gọi đồ về cùng ăn. Chúng mình khá ưng ý

I needed a bed for a night nearby the office and Urban Inn is the right place for me with the location being a seven-minute drive away. I stayed here the previous week and found it decent. There’s one cafe at the corner and a supermarket at the other end of the block. There’s also a walkable place to buy food (or dine in). I’m a happy camper.

We missed our flight with a family of 7 and urgently needed to find a place to stay before our next flight the next day. Hotels and a capsule hotel for a full-fledged vacation in 2 days are too expensive for 7 people. We were looking for a budget option. For the indicated price, the opportunity to rest after the road is an ideal option, even taking into account the cost of a taxi there and back. The house is a 20-minute drive away, 100 ringgit.
It is clean, there are towels and soap. Comfortable contactless check-in at night was perfect for us. There are air conditioners in each room (we only occupied the 2nd floor). Thank you! Very satisfied!

The hotel offers a free shuttle service and is about a 20-minute drive from the airport. We stayed in a twin room on the 15th floor — it was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

VViana’s JourneyThe room felt stuffy and took awhile to get cool down the room with airconditioner. Basic amenities such towels, water boiler, towels, soap and shampoo was provided but no toothbrush available. Hair dryer not available in the room but you may request at the receptionist counter.
On a plus side, the room seems like it well maintained and bedsheet felt fresh to sleep in.
