The receptionist was very kind and I felt good from the morning!
The check-in time was after 8pm, but they gladly accepted after I emailed them.
The room was very spacious and clean.
The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but there was warm water. I'd like to stay here again when I come to the Big Island!

We loved our stay! Waimea felt local and less touristy. Very friendly staff in a central location. Food walking distance in either direction.

We had a room with kitchen. The room is renovated, quite big. We had a great stay with family and 2 kids. Location and parking are also very convenient - you can walk around to a super store, coffee shop etc. Above all, the lady at front desk is super helpful and provided us great customer service. We will definitely stay here again!

Checkout day looking for coffee..person handling had difficulty delivering coffee. Cofee not replaced in room, when requested..reluctant to provide.

We arrived early and our room was ready so an early check in was offered. Nice touch! The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and our room was clean.

Overpriced 2-star motel. Nearly no service provided. You would have a much better experience staying in the nearby Paniolo Greens in Waikoloa Village or other B&B options.

They could've offered pastries & beverages in the morning. Otherwise, it was nice and restful. My spouse thought the coffee "was crappy."
