Hyatt Centric Kanazawa Reviews

Facilities: For Japan, a 34 sqm room is excellent – spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the buildings are very close together, so you can clearly see into the neighboring units. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Right downstairs is Kanazawa Station, two large shopping malls, and various convenience stores. Service: This is where I have to complain! It states no room service from 9 PM to 7 AM, but even at 9 AM, no one answered when I called for room service. Also, they refused to help me book Myoryuji Temple every time I asked.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The location is super convenient, right next to the train station, so you can get there without getting wet, even in the rain. There are also plenty of great restaurants, quality liquor stores, and grocery stores right next door, making life very convenient.

This hotel is right next to Kanazawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. I really liked the hotel's exquisite and grand decor. The best part was definitely the smoking room with its dark, atmospheric vibe.

I absolutely love this hotel! 1️⃣ **Convenient Location** It's right next to Kanazawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, next to Starbucks. It's also a ten-minute walk to Montbell. 2️⃣ **Spacious and Clean Rooms** There's plenty of space for two 28-inch suitcases. You can ask the hotel for more complimentary bottled water, which is very generous. 3️⃣ **Plenty of Shopping and Dining Options** Being right next to Kanazawa Station means there's great shopping and delicious food everywhere. Many popular restaurants are located there. No worries about breakfast – the bakery across from 7-Eleven is excellent. You can even pop back to the hotel to rest when you're tired from shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa.

The room is quite spacious by Japanese standards; 2-3 large suitcases fit easily. The location is very convenient, with many malls and restaurants nearby. There's also a covered walkway, so you barely get wet. I'll definitely choose Hyatt again next time I visit Kanazawa.

Great hotel. Located at a central location - it is new, with good sized rooms, amazing service and amenities.

Upon arrival, we were told to wait for check-in, but then they completely forgot about us. After a long wait, I had to remind them myself to process it. At breakfast, an Indian waiter only seated Caucasians by the window. Even though we arrived early and requested a window seat, he refused, claiming those seats were reserved. What kind of breakfast has reservations? Later, Caucasians who clearly hadn't reserved anything were immediately given window seats when they asked. This is blatant discrimination against Chinese people! I will never stay at this hotel again!

1. The location is excellent, making it my top choice when visiting Kanazawa. The only minor inconvenience is that most attractions are on the other side of the station's Tsuzumi Gate, so taking a taxi requires a detour. 2. The room met my expectations. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, opting instead to head straight to the Omi-cho Market for sashimi. I find that Hyatt breakfasts abroad tend to be quite similar and often not well-suited for Chinese palates, except for the Hyatt in Kyoto, where you can choose a Japanese breakfast (provided you go early or book it with the restaurant staff the day before). Based on reviews, it seems this Hyatt in Kanazawa doesn't offer that option. 3. Surprisingly, just two traffic lights to the right of the hotel, there's a late-night street food market. Many Japanese salarymen were eating there after work, creating a great atmosphere. 4. The nearest convenience store is the 7-Eleven inside the station.

My wife and I had an awesome stay at Hyatt Centric. Our trip was in celebrating my birthday. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and transportation was great. I will consider staying at the Hyatt Centric the next time I travel to Kanazawa.

Convenient location. Very clean and neat Ambience.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, making it super easy even with luggage. There's a taxi stand right downstairs from Kanazawa Station, so catching a cab is very convenient. It's a family-friendly hotel, with many families staying with their children, as well as quite a few international guests, including both Chinese and European tourists. The front desk even has staff who speak Chinese. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan, and the hotel generally feels new. It was a great stay.

Facilities: The room was very spacious and new. There's a water dispenser and ice machine in the hallway. Service: Excellent! I forgot my backpack on the JR train to Kanazawa. After checking in, I spoke with the front desk, and they were incredibly helpful, suggesting I contact Tokyu. My backpack was found in the end, and I'm very grateful for their assistance in contacting them. Environment: Very convenient location. It's just a 5-minute walk from the JR station; turn right upon exiting.
