You should really avoid this hotel!! Not clean at all, not worse the price. I don't know why it is four star hotel. - The room ceiling was full of mold and water marks. - Air con was also sending out mold smell air. So strong I could not sleep and felt really sick by morning. - Towels were not clean and had lip stick stains on. - Hot water did not come out from shower and had to take cold shower. - The room has full glass wall on isle side. If you open, it will be visible from other guests walking the isle. - No other window to get fresh air in. - The room key is old fashioned cylinder lock, which you press the center button to lock. Not enough security. - Breakfast was horrible. This also not worth the price.

The noise from the upstairs room, including coughing, was really disturbing as soundproofing was poor. I was also woken up early in the morning by a continuous, unidentified noise, possibly from the boiler, which was very annoying.

Enjoyed my stay here if you are looking at a central location this is it. It's right in the center so convenient. Walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Delicious food from the restaurant and fresh coffee in the morning. Thank everyone at Cafe Aroma Inn

Staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially, Ashan, who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels given each day and rooms cleaned daily. Room included the following amenities, free wifi, toiletries, safe, air conditioning, complementary bottled water. Hotel in a convenient location; 15 minutes from Kandy railway station. Nearby attractions include Kandy Lake (5 minutes -walking distance) and The temple of the sacred Tooth Relic (10 minutes -walking distance)
