I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others after our experience at this hotel. What’s advertised online and what you actually get are two very different things. Let’s start with the pictures: completely misleading. The images online show clean, modern rooms — in reality, the hotel is run-down, moldy, and far from the fresh, welcoming place we expected. It’s hard to believe some of the glowing reviews are for the same place — while a few do reflect reality, many feel suspiciously out of sync. We booked a family room for 4 and were placed next to another family of 5 — despite the hotel being nearly empty. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear everything. It felt like we were all crammed into one big room with no privacy at all.The room itself? Awful: Moldy smell, masked poorly by overpowering mothballs Cockroaches in the room (!) Stained sheets that didn’t look or feel clean No hot water in the shower A “buffet breakfast” that turned out to be just breOK, and definitely not a buffet.After complaining, we were moved to a slightly bigger room — unfortunately, right below the hotel bar. The friendly staff kindly warned us about the music playing until 11pm... but neglected to mention the nightclub next door, which blasted bass-heavy music until 3:30am. It was impossible to sleep. Although we had booked for 4 nights, we left after just 1. When we asked for a refund, we were flatly denied — even though the hotel was far from full. To make matters worse, we were charged full rack rate during low season. A complete rip-off. Please don’t be fooled by the website or some of the overly positive reviews. This place is not what it claims to be, and there are far better options nearby that actually respect their guests. Save yourself the frustration and money — avoid this hotel at all costs.
