One of the most amazing properties i have stayed at. Both Bandhara and Madu, the butler and chef, were amazing. They were attentive, responsive and spot on..great work guys..very impressed. The property does full justice to the $. The location, the chants from the Buddhist temple in the valley create the utmost serene atmosphere. Every amenity is top end and every detail looked after. Will visit again for sure and will highly recommend..cheers

Small hotel with nice environment and good service attitude. Breakfast can also be ordered according to the menu, and the portions are large enough. The only drawback is that the bath water is too small.

A wonderful place, amazing staff and beautiful view. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but it was absolute lovely. We traveled with our two girls, aged 8 and 5, and the family room with a bunk-bed was excellent. The food was also amazing, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Thank you very much

We had the most wonderful stay at The Elephant Stables. A mega warm welcome from Nihal and his team!! Lovely atmosphere and accommodation. Superb food and the chief was very attentive also. Very much recommended to anyone fortunate to stay there.

A boutique style hotel, a short drive out of Kandy. I think it had 8 rooms. Ours was a good size with a large, very comfy, 4 poster bed. Our 1st floor room had views to the front and back. Over the pool one side and to the mountains in both directions. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and good fun. The service felt really personal. The breakfast and evening meals were served and were very good quality at a reasonable price. Plenty of choice. We were a bit sad to leave this hotel.
