Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable slippers, but other amenities are provided. The balcony is nice, and while the bedroom isn't huge, the living room is quite spacious. The bathroom has two entry points and a bathtub, which is great for a soak. Both the room and living room air conditioning units work really well. The front desk service was good, but being rushed to check out by the cleaning staff wasn't a great experience. Overall, it's still excellent value for money, and the pool was open.

First off, this hotel enjoys an excellent location, being very close to all the attractions I planned to visit. However, slippers and toothbrushes are not provided in the rooms and have to be collected from the front desk. The power socket is hidden behind the nightstand and barely visible; I had to move the nightstand out of the way just to access it, and I still needed my own travel adapter for charging. Aside from these minor inconveniences, everything else about the stay was great.

Restaurant staff were wonderful but meals were below average. No antre's at all on the menu and only 5 mains listed. Very small chicken parmy and very small serving of mediteranian lamb that was over salted. We left hungry and dissapointed as at no time were we informed of a restricted menu and there is no way possible a chef cooked those meals. No real chef would have let that leave the kitchen. Expensive carparking at the hotel that is extra so we opted to park in the street at risk.

We couldn’t fault the point hotel. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful even at busy times like New Years. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable and the roof top bar and restaurant were lovely. We will absolutely stay again. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (soap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay.

Booked for one night but ended up extending our stay. The staff were polite and helpful and the location was great, a short taxi or ride into the centre of the city. We even watched the new years fireworks from the rooftop bar and had a great view. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel was nice, the shower pressure was pretty poor. There was hair still in the shower. What might have been ********** in the bath and shower. I had 2 espresso martini’s from another room added to my overall bill…

Whenever we come to Brisbane, we always stay at The Point Hotel. We have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very stylish. We love the refurbished restaurant and looking forward to the Rooftop Bar opening again soon. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We will be back.
