The concierge service was warm and attentive; someone proactively greeted us and helped with luggage upon our arrival. 4. The restaurant offers creative dishes at reasonable prices, and the breakfast spread is plentiful. **Cons:** 1. No bathrobes were provided in the room (which is typically a standard amenity for hotels of this caliber). 2. Restaurant service was a bit inconsistent. Despite being a 'no-smoking' establishment, it wasn't enforced, and there were no designated smoking/non-smoking areas. At breakfast, we even noticed cigarette butts and empty packs from the previous day still scattered on the floor. 3. Trash outside the windows wasn't cleared promptly. My room had a window with an excellent view, and the scenery was truly breathtaking – nestled by mountains and a river. In the evening, I just curled up on the sofa in my room, doing nothing but watching the mountains and clouds outside slowly change colors, from golden to pinkish-purple, eventually darkening as stars began to twinkle one by one.
