We were in town for a volleyball tournament, it was about 10 minutes away. House met our needs.

It is our second time staying here. We love how close it is to everything. The host is very nice.

Great place to stay
The place is clean and as advertized. The location is great--easy access by car to everything you want to do in KC and walkable to the 39th St. shops/restaurants. There are steps to get into the place and then steps to the second floor where the bedrooms and bath are located. It's not a problem for most, but something to be aware of for people with limited mobility. You can see it in the pictures, so it shouldn't surprise anyone.
Jim is a great host. Easy communication and check in process.
We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.
