We always stay at this property when we go to Kansas City. It's convenient and only a 10 minute Uber to downtown. Reasonably priced as well.

The rooms were fairly clean, well-kept, and everything looked very nice. Service was also very good, would definitely book again since we didn't get to try the pool or hot tub (just didn't have time in our trip).

Nice, clean property in a safe area. Parking was ample and easy. Staff at front desk were all very friendly. Great experience for a one night stay.

Stay wasn't great, wasn't horrible. It was okay.
Stay was okay... asked for a King size, but got a queen. Called to request a pillow, front desk said they would try because they were the only ones there, bistro (in-house restaurant) bartender was rude when asking her questions. Again, stay was okay. Looked at it as just a place to sleep. Nothing more. Entrance parking lot was under construction so it was somewhat inconvenient.

The hotel was just ok. No free coffee, hot tub was luke warm and dirty, pool freezing. Nothing majorly wrong with the hotel, just a few disappointments.

Quick Review.
The hotels was clean. The staff was friendly. Convenient and easy to get to. The room did have lights out in the bathroom and the one over the TV flickered constant so left them off. The hot tub was out of service. Also the guest on the forth floor were heavy walkers and maybe even remodeling the room well in to the night.

The king suite lacked a bathtub. Drywall was detaching above the hot tub. Front desk personnel were unavailable.
