Holiday Inn Express & Suites KANSAS CITY-LIBERTY (HWY 152) by IHG

Do not check in this hotel！！！The service was almost non-existent and the attitude of handling problems was very indifferent, which wasted a lot of my time. You can see that the hotel management training was very bad, and the front desk was always eager to hang up on me. If you want to have a bad travel experience, book this hotel!

It was very spacious for my family of 6. There was great amenities & amazing breakfast. Room was cleaned efficiently.

Me and my sister was very pleased with the location and when we are in the area again we will be booking with them. Thanks to the entire team

We recently went on a 10-day road trip and were disappointed with this Holiday Inn location. The other 2 Holiday Inn hotels we stayed at were clean and well maintained. When we got to this property, there was no one at the desk, had to ring the bell and wait a bit for someone to come up. Also, the pool was very dirty. I hope it was a salt water pool because it was also salty. We had one kid break out in a rash and made the decision not to swim in it our second day. The whole facility also just felt dirtier than other Holiday Inn's we've stayed at.

Refrigerator wasn't working and that's one reason we booked there. Breakfast area was very crowded.

Easy quick check in. Clean room and beds. Breakfast was good. Did the job for our one night stay.

Staff extremely nice! Suggested a great place to eat ‘The Landing Eatery & Pub’. We were put on the third floor right next to the elevator. Wouldn’t recommend but we didn’t have an issue with it. If so, we would have asked for a different room. The shower was a 10/10. My husband thought the breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Clean hotel but the Staff was outstanding!!! Check lady very warm and welcoming The morning staff at the desk friendly and kind. The staff servicing the food was so personal, kind, and in the Hoilday spirit!
