The interior of the room is clean and the location is great. It will be my first choice hotel next time I travel to Kaohsiung. The reception staff had a good attitude and the lobby was clean and tidy. The parking management staff's guidance and service in guiding vehicles to park is excellent.

The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to both Western and Asian tastes, satisfying diverse guest preferences. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and proactive in assisting guests, which further enhanced the dining experience. Furthermore, the hotel's recreational facilities were top-notch. Both the gym and swimming pool were spotlessly clean and equipped with modern amenities. The staff consistently provided service with a smile, making me feel truly at home. Special mention must be made of the hotel's thoughtful little touches, such as welcome fruit and considerate weather forecast cards, which added a wonderful sense of warmth to my stay.
