The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation links, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. Upon arrival, the grand and elegant lobby immediately made an impression. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, handling everything from check-in to luggage storage with professionalism and meticulous care, instantly putting me at ease. The room's overall design was both modern and cozy, featuring a spacious and bright layout that felt incredibly well-thought-out. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, with exceptionally clean linens, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. A full range of high-quality toiletries was provided, showcasing the hotel's thoughtful attention to guest comfort. Both the soundproofing and air conditioning system were in perfect working order, allowing for complete relaxation. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to both Western and Asian tastes, satisfying diverse guest preferences. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and proactive in assisting guests, which further enhanced the dining experience. Furthermore, the hotel's recreational facilities were top-notch. Both the gym and swimming pool were spotlessly clean and equipped with modern amenities. The staff consistently provided service with a smile, making me feel truly at home. Special mention must be made of the hotel's thoughtful little touches, such as welcome fruit and considerate weather forecast cards, which added a wonderful sense of warmth to my stay. Overall, this is a hotel that truly lives up to its five-star rating. From its hardware facilities to service quality, and from the ambiance to the meticulous care in every detail, everything was impeccable. Thanks again to the hotel for the room upgrade this stay. The Zhai Lv 2 Queen Room featured a raised platform area, approximately 3.3 square meters (about 36 sq ft) in size, which was perfect for children to play on or could comfortably accommodate two additional sleeping mats.
