Location: Right cross Rhythm Arena, can't get more convenient for my purposes. Also pretty near local MRT and a really big park.
Cleanliness: Nooks and crannies are dusty, the corners and hard to reach places were not properly cleaned and maintained. But at least the bed and the floor are clean.
Service: Great from what I've seen, even when one day I left my room at 4pm, a cleaning aunty still showed up asked if I need my room cleaned when I was suppose to indicate to them before 3pm.
Facilities: Can't comment much as I didn't explore around their facilities, but the hotel is situated in a tall building with a cafe at the ground floor/reception, seems pretty cool.

This is a nice hotel considering its price and value for money, the location is close to MRT station and walking distance from good food.
