The facilities, cleanliness, and ambiance were impeccable, but there's room for improvement in the service. I've stayed at countless hotels, and Dua is the only one that would only grant a 30-minute late checkout. Even though I arrived early on the first day, the front desk didn't give me the room key until 3 PM. On the last day, I requested to check out at 12 PM, stating that the 12-3 PM window would be plenty of time to clean the room. However, both times my request was met with a '30 minutes only' response. Given this, I had to change my plans and rush back in the morning to check out early and store my luggage, which meant I missed out on trying Old Tsai's Milkfish Congee. I appreciate Ctrip's support and coordination. I hope both Dua and Taiwan continue to improve! If, by any chance, things go downhill in the future, it will likely be due to a lack of understanding and a narrow perspective.

The spatial design is rooted in a modern Oriental style, featuring carefully selected materials and a sophisticated control of lighting and color – creating a sense of design without being ostentatious. The guest rooms are quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding and bathroom experience are of a high standard, clearly demonstrating an attention to detail. The service team is professional yet unobtrusive; communication is natural and efficient, making guests feel respected without being bothered. The location is convenient, yet the overall atmosphere successfully maintains a distance from the city's hustle and bustle. All in all, Hotel Dua is perfectly suited for travelers who value a balance of quality, aesthetics, and the overall living experience; it's the kind of hotel you'd happily return to after your first stay.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was super spacious and comfortable. If you arrive early, you can check in in advance. The hotel is also very convenient for popular attractions and night markets. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Even though it's a four-star hotel, the service quality doesn't live up to it. The elevators were so dark you could barely see, and the carpet in the room hallway was so worn out I nearly tripped. The lighting in general wasn't bright enough. Absolutely terrible!
