Excellent stay in Kaoshiung. Beside the large and comfortable room, with deep attention on detail and service. The team was absolutely lovely and welcoming.
The hotspring and sauna area was really enjoyable!

The hotel has a very modern style, and the rooms are Japanese-themed. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. I thought I have left behind my earring at the sauna and staff did all they could to help. Luckily I could find it in my room

Smooth check in. Staff was helpful when I have questions about my booking and my room. Gave me options and solved my doubts. The room was upgraded and very spacious. Clean and nice services. Always good for a short stay in Silks.
I like their rooms design and the materials use also. Especially the toilet in bathroom. Will stay again

AVOID this hotel if possible
I had a terrible experience during the checkout process. I reserved three rooms for two nights, and the hotel charged a deposit of NT$30,000. It wasn’t until I returned to my home country that I realized the deposit had not been refunded. I sent multiple emails to the hotel, but received no response.
Fortunately, I was able to contact the hotel through the Trip.com app, which allowed me to call their local number. The front desk staff were polite, but unfortunately, they couldn’t resolve the issue as it was related to the finance department.
The hotel kept giving me vague and unreasonable explanations, claiming that because I used a non-local credit card, the refund would take 14 working days. This is, frankly, outrageous. Holding someone’s credit without clear consent or proper communication is unacceptable. Even worse, no one at the hotel could confirm the current status of my refund when I asked. Clearly a disappointment.
