離三多及中央公園站皆約14分鍾，往後走也有自強夜市及漢神百貨，很方便，早上附近早餐店多，房間雖不大，但該有皆有，隔音尚可，水溫正常

單人房很迷你，但設備卻很充足，衣櫃、鏡、風筒都有，而且又睡得不錯，隔音還算正常，不算太差，以這價錢來說已經很超值，加上很接近夜市，性價比算相當不錯。

路面電車があるため駁二地区に出やすく、かつ三多商圈駅も近いため高雄駅に戻りやすいという非常に便利な立地でした。
