We are very upset at the location that was chosen for us.
We order ocean front and the villa was NOT ocean front. We were very far from the ocean.
Also, the place was very old looking and run down.
Nothing looked liked the pictures at all.

The space is large and the beds were the nicest we've had in Hawaii. While the place is dated, furniture wise the overall experience was very good.

Our reservation was lost when we arrived. Ac unit is condo was horrible. Only worked part of the time.

A few days before I was due to check-in I received an email requiring me to pay an exorbitant cleaning fee and a damage protection fee this was a frivolous and ludicrous fee as there was no maid service andat checkout time I was advised that I was required to clean the room myself in order to help out the cleaning staff.

The Ridge Villa
Great property, great scenic views, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were good; tennis, pickleball, close to the beach, several restaurants, fantastic General Store, golfers Heaven. Lots of parking for each unit. Five Stars! Highly recommended.
