They charged us 57,17Euro for nothing. We payed the accommodation fee and paid for anything we bought during our stay. But after we leave I saw they charged an extra fee of 57,17Euro from my bank account.. I asked them why, but so far I haven't received any response. Plus they say you get a Genuss kart as a gift, a value of 8.5 euros but they did not subtract this amount from our costs. I don't know, the place has everything that a hotel in it's quality range has to offer but you have to spend extra time to get these extra charges removed afterwards. This is very annoying and I am not sure If I can manage it at all.

Workers were chill but there was a hair in my food room is not that good chair moved on itself as with the the door weather it was haunted I’m not sure but however the location was ideal I also got shouted at for dancing!!!!!Bare in mind I’m a 19 year old man

Very child friendly, with a nice indoor playground, clean, with great breakfast. We stayed in a cold, rainy day and we had the surprise to find warm rooms with heaters tuned on. We received summer cards with free entries to the local attractions.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im JUFA Hotel Kaprun und dafür war es völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten renoviert werden. Es war sauber und das Personal hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Waren schon öfter in dieser Jufa. Einige Zimmer sind noch älter, einige renoviert (neue Fenster/Möbel). In den älteren muffelt es etwas und man muss regelmäßig lüften. Buffet / Küche sind nun wieder sehr gut, die Auswahl ist groß. Der Saunabereich ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.

Alles top. Sehr sauber. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gutes Essen in Buffetform. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauna und Wellnessbereich sind vorhanden. Großer Skikeller mit direkter Busanbindung zum Gletschergebiet und Maiskogel

Ich reiste mit 2 Kindern. Wir buchten ein günstiges Zimmer, das sauber, schön und ruhig war. Es gab sogar 3 einzelne Betten (keine Stockbetten, keine Schlafcouch). Das Essen (Halbpension) schmeckte sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Mit der Sommercard gab es Vergünstigungen bei etlichen Eintritten.

Der Aufenthalt hier war sehr schön. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das tolle Personal und das Angebot der Sommercard Kaprun. Mit dieser Karte konnten wir "gratis"mit der ganzen Familie wunderbare Ausflüge machen.

Frau M. R. an der Rezeption (und traurigerweise gleichzeitig Chefin?) ist eine absolut unangenehme, unhöfliche Person! Weder kunden- noch servieorientiert. Bei meinen ganzen Reisen (und das sind wirklich viele) bin ich noch nie so abwertend und schroff behandelt worden! Und nein, eine persönliche Klärung oder ein Feedback vor Ort wäre nicht möglich gewesen, weil man mit dieser Dame kein normales Gespräch hätte führen können! Zimmer abgwohnt und altbacken. Furchtbar! Decke in Zimmer 117 schimmlig, weil weder Abzug noch Fenster. Bei der Dame vom Frühstück (blond, Brille) konnte man das Augenrollen förmlich hören! Sehr viel Geschirr schmutzig und klebrig. Ekelhaft! Einen Stern für die Lage und Frau N. (Vorname) hinter der Bar und ebenfalls an der Rezeption, die allerdings etwas eingeschüchtert gewirkt hat. Wundert mich nicht!
