I went to Dessera Bağ Evi, and even though I drank many glasses of wine, I didn’t get drunk like my friends. I joked that maybe they forgot to put alcohol in mine. (:

Excellent experience; I highly recommend it! Good wine, great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean facilities. We stayed for a night, but it felt like a few days. It was a very relaxing place, with no sound but birds. There are a few friendly dogs in the facility. The rooms are spacious and spotless. They have balconies with a great view. The staff is great; there are no formalities, and it feels like home.

Bu işletmenin fırsatçı ve dürüst olmadığını düşünüyorum. Arkadaşımla beraber şarap tadımı yapıp, restoranda yemek deneyimledikten sonra toplu şarap satın almaya karar verdik. Aslında toplu alımda iyi fiyat alacağımızı düşünüyorduk. Güncel şarap fiyatlarını biliyorduk ancak Dessera bağlarının şaraplarını değil. Biz son dakikada buraya gelmeye karar verdik çünkü gitmeyi planladığımız şarap üreticisinin tadım ve restoran hizmeti yoktu. Bence bu işletme çok açıkgöz, özellikle iyişarap.com a satış yapmıyorlar. Misafirleri Fiyat araştırmasına giremesin diye . Liste fiyatı bağ evinde 850₺ olan şarap nasıl oluyor da Carrefour’da 750₺ ???? Biz adetli alım yapıp bir de üstüne nakit ödemeye rağmen kazıklandığımızı düşünüyoruz. Google yorumlarında oldukça fazla kötü yorum almış olmasına rağmen, nasıl oluyorda 4,4 puan alıyor anlamış değilim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyeceğim bu fırsatçı işletmeyi tekrar ziyaret etmeyeceğim. Asıl komik olan, işletmenin müdürü olduğunu söyleyen Meltem hanıma durumu anlattığımda, şarabı Careffour’a 850₺ dan sattıklarını söylemesi en absürdü idi. Yani adamlar 850₺ ya aldıkları şarabı 750₺’ ya zararına satıyor. Bizim gibi 12 adet falan almıyorlar, binlerce adet alım yapıyorlar yani…Komiksiniz!

Muhteşem bir yer biz çok beğendik. İşletmenin maddi kaygıları yok belli ki çünkü bir çok şeyi ikram ettiler. Şarapları efsaneydi. Biz 5 arkadaş gittik hem aile hem çift hem arkadaşlarla gidilebilecek çok konforlu bir yer.

Şişe sarap fiyatları 900-3000 arası değişiyor. Kadehler ortalama 300 TL. Biz 1 şişe şarap, 1 Pizza aldık 1200 TL ödedik. Şarap merlot içtik. Çok cok lezzetliydi!!! Pizzanın sadece hamuru güzeldi.Cok yavandi.Sarma ikram oldu (Mutfakta cikan bir karışıklık yüzünden ikram olarak geldi.).Sarmanin sosu harikaydı (Vişne sosluydu). Ama içi pişmemişti. Tavsiyem Şarap için yanında meyve or peynir tabağı isteyin 😉

Keyifli huzur dolu muhteşem bir ortamda şarap keyfi , ilgili çözümcül çalışanlar. Favori şarabımız pürneşe ve muskat..çıkmadan bol bol almayı unutmayın .Negatif eleştirilere de bir o kadar olumlu yaklaşıyorlar ama biz olumsuz bir şey bulamadık sevgiler:)
