Me and my aunt had the most amazing time. Weather was mid 30s on 5th Oct for a few days so we spent alot of time in the pool bar. Forget their names, a lady who was amazing and so smiley and so happy to everyone. She remembered our drinks and kept waiting our table. Amazing service. The lobby where we spent all.our evening's was amazing. As we were so polite and up for a laugh we had the best fun for 10 days with the bar staff, Arjin, Mustafa and Jakob. There were amazing and have made friends for life, absolute credit to the hotel. The manager of the bar and restaurant in the dark blue shirt was so accommodating and was so much fun to talk to and made our holiday, laughing all the time and made us feel so welcome.

Although it’s just over 2 hours from airport , it was worth every minute of the journey . When we walked into reception it was instantly beautiful . Very clean grounds and hotel . The rooms were nice enough , there were 4 in the room and I like my space but no complaints ! The pool areas are gorgeous , you can have a chilled out pool vibe or go to the one with slides and kids which plays music etc , pool snacks and drinks were good . The staff were lovely , would love to see a champagne sangria on the menu although we tried to make our own and it was nice . The restaurant had plenty of variety even our pickiest of eaters could find something to eat and you didn’t get fed up of the food as it changed regularly . Felt nice and safe in this hotel and any requests were sorted , they even helped with birthday celebration, spa facilities were lovely , there are shops within two minutes of hotel ,yet it’s a nice quiet area ! Beach was lovely we really enjoyed it , although it’s a stony beach there is no sand going everywhere so has its upside .We had a lovely staff member in the bar who couldn’t do enough we didn’t have to move to get any drinks , he was lovely ! Overall we had a great experience and would come back to this hotel anytime ! Next time would look at booking a suite and seeing what it’s like.

I loved this hotel. One of the best hotels i have been to. My kids loved it. Animation team, waiters, security, food, etc, everything is top. I can see the management is doing really good job. Spa, gym, football field, tennis and basketball grounds are bigger and better than it looks on the advert. Almost all of the rooms have got either seaview or that massive mountain close to the hotel. I was worried about the road between the hotel and beach, but there is a tunnel that takes us to the beach and we don't even see the road. And beach is closer than it looks on the advert. I don't know why some people gave bad views but a hotel can't give me better experience than this. Thank you for your warm welcome the lumos.

The best hotel ever. Especially the kids club. The hotel management must be doing their job properly. It's obvious the job is so tiring but the staffs are always at their best. On the advert it shows there is a road between the hotel and beach but to be honest you don't see the road as there is a tunnel that takes you to the beach, and the beach is closer as any other hotels. I have seen some bad reviews but I don't know why some people would do that. My family loved it.

Travelled for 9 nights as a family of 5. We opted for two rooms, rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. You can request extra blankets and pillows if needed. On arrival mini bar is stocked up with cans of fizzy pop, juice and water. Water filled up daily. There are fridges scattered around the hotel with bottled water. Lobby bar open 24 hours, great cocktails, millshakes and slushes. There is a nice passetrie with cakes, milkshakes, yoghurts, baby foods and coffee. The sharwarma at the snack bar is really good. There is ice lollies on the beach and around the pool for an hour a day. Also there is food available at the beach. The restaurant is ok but gets repetative! Bbq food is the best and we really enjoyed the turkish night and the turkish kebabs. The man at the spa can be intimidating he tried to pull me from the lift but we reported him and he didnt bother us again. Also the lady at reception and guest services are very rude but apart from them All the other staff are lovely. We opted for a private transfer which took just over 2 hours! There is a few shops outside the hotel and you can get on a bus to alanya for more shops. Also a big supermarket outside of the hotel. We didnt try the a la carte so i cant comment on that one. We had a lovely stay here but the long transfer has put us off coming again!

As you enter the hotel premises you know you’ve made the right choice! Aside from the hotel being totally stunning, being our second time here, we always receive such a warm welcome. The staff are always polite, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are immaculate and sufficient in facilities. Room maintenance team are so lovely and always on the go. Great variety of food and it tastes delicious. There’s food and sweet treats available pretty much all around the clock-so belly’s never empty! Entertainment team makes sure it’s fun times for all. Kids and adults are in for a treat. There are lots of games and activities in and out of the pool so there’s never time to be bored. Such as darts, water polo, tennis, table tennis, football including Karaoke and quiz nights. Kids can be centre of attention, learning some fab moves in the kids mini disco in the evening. At Kids club in the day time, younger ones can get creative and you can trust the team to look after your little ones whilst you enjoy drinks in the sun. What’s more, there are prizes to be one and who doesn’t like that? The kids love the water park. As there are so many pools, there’s always enough space for all to have a splash about which is exactly what you need on holiday. Spa treatments are affordable and worthy of the prices.
