Tasty food big portions,good service. Prices are a bit higher than in some other restaurants. Centrally located, just next to the river. Cosy outside sitting area. Unfortunately it was a windy and rainy day. We may come back to summer to enjoy this place again:)

Basic hotel in a spectacular location.Rooms were very dated .no English tv channels Curtains didn’t close properly.Lack of sockets. My tips for fellow traveler’s are definitely book a balcony room To get some air in the room it’s shocking to me that all rooms don’t have air conditioning. Even with a balcony the room was uncomfortable. Secondly if you have a late arrival bring sandwiches The entire spa zone area from the thermal hotel to the grand pupp hotel closes at 10 pm It literally turns into a ghost town nowhere to eat and I mean nowhere everything closes . We arrived late after a delayed flight and literally had to go to bed hungry the male hotel receptionist was of no assistance to us when we asked about location of somewhere to eat ie take away or sandwich. The breakfast is very basic. as was the terrace cafe restaurant we only ate here once and were asked by staff how much of a tip we were giving them there are far nicer restaurants all around the area.I couldn’t recommend this hotel given the standard of accommodation and service in the other hotels In the area.I have always found the positive in every hotel we stay in unfortunately it is not the case here .

Excellent locations, spacious clean rooms, excellent food, and medical procedures. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and are very happy and impressed with the services provided. Prices are very reasonable.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sehr netter Empfangsbereich. Schöne saubere Zimmer und ausreichendes Frühstück. Ein bisschen schwierig ist die Anreise zum Hotel um die Koffer auszuladen. Tip, im Navi Hotel Olympia eingeben und dann an diesem Hotel rechts halten in die Fußgängerzone fahren. Dann kommt man direkt zum Salvatore.

Die Lage mitten im Ort und an den Kollonaden ist natürlich für das Erkunden des Ortes perfekt - wenn man allerdings Ausflüge mit der Bahn machen will muss man sich auf lange Wege zu den beiden Bahnhöfen einstellen. Das Bett war zwar gut und bequem - ich kann jedoch nicht nachvollziehen, dass die Basics in diesem Hotel nicht umgesetzt werden: Kein Toilettenpapierhalter - die Rollen auf einem Stab auf der Erde - die Blätter hängen naturgemäß auf der Erde (Hygiene geht anders) , kein Halter für die Brause, die angeblichen Verdunklungsvorhänge ein Witz (zwar dunkle Vorhänge - aber aufgrund der Art wird es mit Sonnenaufgang hell (viel Spaß im Sommer)). Und Schallschutzfenster? Scheint das Hotel auch eigenwillig zu interpretieren. Ein Trost ist nur, dass nachts so gut wie kein Verkehr ist. Wie wohl die Geräuschkulisse bei schönem Wetter in der Hauptsaison sein mag wenn draußen voller Betrieb in den Restaurants ist?? Der Safe war nicht nutzbar - auch nicht akzeptabel für ein 4-Sterne Haus. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel - aber mehr auch nicht. Ist halt Geschmackssache…. Mein Fazit: Man kann dort einen kurzen Aufenthalt machen, sollte sich aber nicht von den nicht ganz zutreffenden Beschreibungen der angeblichen Vorteile locken lassen…

Ein sehr angenehmes kleines Hotel mit viel Atmosphäre. Es ist sehr zentral, an dem kleinen Fluss gelegen, der durch Karlsbad fließt, ideal zum Flanieren am Hotel entlang zu den einzelnen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Zimmer sind groß, gute Betten, geräumiges Badezimmer, eine kleine Sauna, die man für sich und seine Begleitung reservieren kann, ein gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und ein sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Ich würde sicher wieder das gleiche Hotel in Zukunft buchen

Kleineres Haus in perfekter Lage nahe der Kolonnaden. Sehr nette Zimmer mit Holzparkett, Stilmöbeln und guten Betten. Bad mit Bidet und Wanne. Schön sind die Balkone im ersten Stock (Zi. #1 z.B.). Uns fehlte nur ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Wissen sollte man allerdings vorab zwei Details: Ganz ruhig wird es nachts nicht, denn die tagsüber autofreie Straße vorm Haus wird nachts zur Rennstrecke der Taxis - und das auch noch auf Kopfsteinpflaster. Und Parken kann schwierig werden - der hauseigene winzige Parkplatz, 400m bergauf gelegen, ist oft vorab schon reserviert, so dass man evtl weiter weg suchen muss. Für CheckIn und CheckOut kann man zumindest direkt vor die Tür fahren und dort auch kurz halten. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Wir waren nur im Restaurant zu Gast, daher Bewertung nicht für das Hotel nur Restaurant! Stylisches Restaurant und Bedienung zunächst sehr nett, Essen und Getränke okay! Bei der Bezahlung wollten wir in Euro bezahlen, kein Problem! Bezahle noch, um bei der anschließenden Prüfung festzustellen, dass die Rechnung viel zu hoch ist. Bei Nachfrage wurde ein schlechterer Umtauschkurs angesetzt, um dann nochmal 50% draufzuschlagen. Nach Reklamation war sie sofort einsichtig und hat die Fehlsumme ohne Zögern ausgezahlt!
