Hotel op een centrale locatie. Personeel was behulpzaam, maar met name de receptioniste was te direct. Goed om te zien dat sommige personeelsleden LGBT+ steunen met een badge. Het avondeten en ontbijt inbegrepen in de prijs was prima, maar niets bijzonders.

This hotel is very average. Rooms are small as are bathrooms, but they are efficiently appointed and clean. Restaurant is just ok. Breakfast was average as was dinner. Staff are friendly and it was a busy place. Seems to be more of a budget hotel.

Stayed here one night with my tour group The hotel canceled up my reservation and tried to blame the tour company. Later the woman at the front desk did come and apologize. It was their mistake. I had to take my tour manager’s room - 201, which was tiny with one single bed. No safe or mini fridge. All in one body wash. Very small closet. Water in the shower sprayed everywhere. Slow WiFi. Bed not comfortable. Overall a very negative experience. The only positive was A/C in the room. Buffet dinner had vegetarian options..

Fabulous stay at the Home Hotel Drott. Perfect location opposite the railway station. Really lovely welcome at check in and added surprise of coffee and cake and vouchers for reduced happy hour drinks. Evening meal and breakfast were good and service in dining area excellent. Room was a bit dated but fitted the surroundings and was very comfortable and clean.

The Home Hotel Drott is a basic tourist hotel, so some other reviews surprise me.Hôtel is clean, conveniently located immediately opposite the central train station and rooms are basic but comfortable. Hotel breakfast included in the room price offers a good choice and their coffee machine makes a very competent espresso style coffee. However - wifi does not work in all rooms and YOU MUST NOT EAT DINNER IN THE HOTEL GUESTS DINING ROOM. Dinner food was a buffet with the only protein choice a disgusting deep pried fish cake thing. Salads were limp and vegetables hopelessly overcooked. This is not exaggerated. Waiters were helpful but they were facing a hopeless task given the poor food on offer. But for dinner this would be a 4/5.

This is a lovely hotel located right across the train station in Karlstad. Friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel room was nice. Both the room and the bathroom seemed to be clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small fridge. I can recommend to stay here. There was breakfast, lunch or fika as the Swedish call it and dinner. The food was very good.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Drott. Very charming place and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. We especially enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Lovely place!

Fantastisk hotell!
Dette hotellet var det beste vi bodde på i løpet av hele sommerferien! Personalet var usedvanlig hyggelige, serviceinnstilte og gjorde virkelig oppholdet vårt ekstra trivelig. Vi satte stor pris på de gode tilbudene og den gjennomførte kvaliteten i alle ledd. Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake og anbefaler dere varmt videre!
