Staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Some issues to communicate in english but they were solve. Room was beautiful with a breathtaking view to the Kars' Castle. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and sorted.
Many options for dinning along the street and to purchase cheese which is their main product. People in the city are friendly and glad to assist foreigners.
I parked in front of the hotel, and it turned out they charge for parking, but the hotel told us we could park there. The person in charge came when we were leaving and charge me correctly and I pay with card.
Highly recommended for a nice Kars layover.

The Kale Hotel is in the centre of Kars, in an easy walking distance from the castle. The Turkish breakfast offers a wonderful spread of local delicacies, such as cheeses, egg dishes, salads, honey, jams and fresh breads complemented by strong Turkish tea. The rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable and the small fridge quite useful. The staff are friendly and respectful.

Kars şehir merkezinde güzel bir otel. Odalar temiz, kahvaltısı orta halli, kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. Peynir çeşidi daha fazla olabilirdi. Lobide oturacak yerler az. Fiyatı uygun sayılır. Otopark cadde üstünde. Otel her yere yürüme mesafesinde.

Odaların temizliği fena değil fakat banyolar çok kötü. Klozetin içi yemyeşil olmuş. Duşun gideri teknik olarak yanlış yere konulmuş olduğu için su gitmiyor. Havuz oluyor. İçindeki yer seramiklerinin temiz mi, pis mi olduğu belli değil.
