This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and it made me absolutely furious.
I checked in at night and the room was freezing cold. The heater was completely useless — even after running it for a long time, the room never warmed up. The shared bathroom had NO heating and NO hot water at all. This is not just uncomfortable, it is unacceptable and irresponsible, especially in cold weather.
The temperature was so low that even wearing a thick down jacket inside the room did not help. I was forced to sit in my own car just to avoid freezing. Under these conditions, I contacted the booking platform to cancel the stay, but the hotel did not answer any phone calls and outright refused to cancel the reservation.
What happened next was even more outrageous. After deciding to endure one night since I could not get a refund, I returned to the hotel only to find that I COULD NOT ENTER THE BUILDING AT ALL. The main entrance was locked. I repeatedly contacted hotel management — messages were seen but deliberately ignored. I was left standing outside in the freezing wind for over half an hour, like a homeless person, until a staff member happened to arrive for a night patrol and finally let me in.
This hotel failed at the most basic level:
❌ No heating
❌ No hot water
❌ No access to the building
❌ No communication
❌ No responsibility toward guests
This is not a hotel, it is a joke. Staying here in winter is unsafe, inhumane, and a complete waste of money.
Avoid this place at all costs. I strongly warn anyone considering staying here — DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
