The hotel also features a public bath (with both indoor and outdoor pools, though not hot springs). Compared to other hotels in Karuizawa, the price isn't low. The hotel environment is lovely, and they offer a shuttle service to and from Karuizawa Station. As a member, I was able to check out late at 12 PM, but the 12 PM shuttle unfortunately doesn't connect well with the Shinkansen schedule. I'd suggest adjusting the shuttle time a bit earlier.

We went with my cousin family to this hotel, and we enjoyed its overall atmosphere, design, and comfort. The room size is around 32sqm which is considered very comfortable for 3 people staying in the room. It is considered a new hotel, and it is well located in the heart of Karuizawa town.

Very decent hotel with good services from the hotel staff. Come with onsen & spa facilities as well as large size rooms and bathrooms. Less than 10 minutes car ride from the Karuizawa station, ski centre and the Prince Shopping Plaza. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus services through and forth to the Karuizawa station which conveniently accessible to the ski centre (free shuttle bus services outside the South exit of the Karuizawa station) and the Prince Shopping Plaza (stone throw from Karuizawa station).

The hotel is very new and has a strong, modern design aesthetic. The spatial arrangement is also quite different from typical hotels, which I found refreshing! I booked a room with a bathtub, and it also features natural hot spring water! Of course, the public bathhouse design is also very well thought out and comfortable.
