Likya Gardens Hotel

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Tasty and well kitched food. Nice waterfront zone and service.

Location, location and location.. sea on your doorstep via a fab beach club. We had 2 waterfront suites, views to die for. Hotel small, designer shabby-sheek, slightly aged but charming. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Beach club fab= WOW: breakfast and lunch very good, towels provided, great sunbeds, crystal clear sea at your feet and if you’re attentive enough the occasional sea turtle visit. Only negative out of the hotel’s control, is the nearby falling to bits hotel (Caretta) which have a friendly pack of hounds and the questionable owner lets them out sometimes in the early hours for a play and barking session on the shared road, annoying. Would we revisit = Yes.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. The service from all staff was impeccable, so friendly and helpful. Selcuk gave us his number and said to whatsapp him if we needed anything. He basically helped us every day from delivering drinks and food to our villa, arranging cabs and booking Turkish Bath massages for us, to having our breakfast delivered to our villas on the day it poured down with rain because we didn't want to get wet! The beach club is right across from the Villa and is beautiful. The sea is so clear, everything is clean and the food and drinks were delicious. Breakfast was delicious. It's an easy flat 10minute walk to the centre of town. Villa was huge (we had Andriake which I recommend as the outdoor space is slightly larger than the other one next door). Everything was very clean and had everything you would need. Yes it took a while for the hot water to kick in for whoever had the first shower of the day but only a few minutes. There were a few minor things in the villa that needed a bit of repair, like loose hand towel rail. But we stayed at the end of the season and I imagine they were planning to repair that after they closed for the year a few weeks later. Thank you to everyone at Likya Garden Hotel, we will definitely be returning!

We have just had the most incredible holiday at the Aperlae 2 bed villa at the Likya Gardens Hotel. This villa/hotel is located in a superb position - a 'relatively' flat walk into town takes 10 mins at normal pace and there is a wonderful beach club right across the road in front of the hotel that serves a fabulous breakfast and is a fantastic place to stay for the day, allowing easy access into the clear turquoise sea, and food and drink are served all day too. A special shout out here for the incredible hard work and service of Selcuk, Umat, Mustaffa and Ahmed, who run around all day making sure everyone is provided for. They are an absolute asset to the hotel and very much appreciated. Our villa provided ample space for a family of four, including two big teenagers. Our friends stayed at the large 3 bedder next door, which demonstrated that Aperlae could do with a spruce up - it's a little tired, but still perfectly acceptable. It looks like the 3 bedder though is in better condition. Our biggest 'gripe' was not something within the control of the hotel but there were a pack of dogs next door to the hotel that were allowed out at any time after 4am and would bark incessantly. That aside, we enjoyed a truly wonderful holiday at Likya Gardens and would thoroughly recommend it.

I think this was one of my most enjoyable holiday destinations. The hotel and villas were superb and service was excellent. The head of service in the restaurant / club area was awesome and his team were excellent too. Reception / admin staff were also very good. Absolutely loved it. And so did all my family and two of their friends - 7 of us in total. We also went away with another family who stayed in next door villa - who also loved it. Will definitely be going back.
