We were lucky enough to find room with sea view without booking . (Most hotels were already booked ) The receptionist was professional and helpful and also organized hotel parking which is at a premium so a definite bonus. The view was stunning and room very comfortable with everything one could need. Breakfast was varied and plentiful , tables were on terrace overlooking the sea. A lot have thought has been put into the design and the hotel and room were beautifully clean . Would recommend and we hope to return one day to enjoy again .

Stayed in the King suite which was amazing. The views are stunning and the pool and outside furniture make the stay so much more relaxing. The service was excellent from the room cleaning and reception down to the bar and sunbed service. The food in my opinion was the best in Kas and Mehmet is the perfect host and is always there if you need anything. Will definitely return.

A hidden gem in the heart of kas and one of the best accommodation I had in turkey , the location is just perfect in the heart of the town near many restaurants and bars , I booked the room the 104 with a small cooling pool and all I can say is it is wonderful very nicely furnished and very modern , wifi is great , the breakfast is served in the beach restaurant with a breathtaking view of the kas peninsula it was delicious and complete ( fruits, vegetables, cakes , omelettes ..) the staff is incredible and very helpful . The hotel has its own private beach and this is a must here in kas . I can’t recommand enough this place it is a real value for money and I will be certainly coming back .

Beautiful view and very attentive/invested staff. Sheri at the front desk ROCKS and can arrange anything you want to do. They were also excellent about helping us print documents and provide recommendations. Breakfast is included and really wonderfully equipped. Rooms are quite stark and there are no rooms with two beds. Balcony was the best part. Additionally, the showers are glass and are exposed to the rest of the room. Great for couples, but not for siblings or friends. Lots of tripping hazards and not at all equipped for any one with disabilities or even minor mobility issues. Yes, they have elevators, but the hotel is built on a steep hill so your room options will be limited and elderly people should take care. On Friday & Saturday afternoons/evenings, the beach/restaurant/bar area has party music time. There is NOwhere in that area to escape the volume. This is great is you are looking for that experience, but not ideal for kids/elderly/easily overstimulated visitors. Just something to be aware of, especially if you are arriving on those days from a long day of travel. Look for a quiet and relaxed dinner elsewhere. However, the music does not disturb sleeping. Overall, a nice place in the perfect part of Kas. 5-min Walking distance from the main center, but far enough from the bustle to really relax.

A great hotel, great staff, great food, great beach, it was a 4-4 hotel in every sense, the location is close to the center, there is no need to go anywhere other than the beach, the rooms are modern and clean, but the rooms are too romantic to go with friends :)

I really liked the hotel, it’s stylish, it’s clear that the designers have worked hard... the rooms are spacious and clean. The owners are a married couple, very hospitable, sincerely love their business and their guests, and treat them with great attention and respect. Breakfast is quite decent (compared to other hotels of this type in Turkey). Wonderful employee Tarek on the beach platform - welcoming, polite, helpful. And delicious food at the beach bar! We liked.
