The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to explore the old town. The staff are also exceptionally welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. They patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. Plus, they offer delicious fruit, and the hygiene conditions are very clean. It's highly recommended; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The experience was good. The most impressive thing for me was the front desk service. It was really warm and friendly. The hotel environment was very beautiful, the rooms were clean and tidy, comfortable and well equipped. It is also very close to the ancient city scenic spot and the traffic is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is rich and delicious. Friends who come to Kashgar can experience this hotel.

The hotel is clean and sanitary, and offers free airport transfers. The driver is a handsome Uyghur guy. Even though the plane was delayed for an hour, he was still very friendly. The breakfast is very nutritious, and any food that is out will be replenished promptly, unlike some hotels where you feel like you are eating leftovers if you arrive late. The laundry room has a housekeeper who will run it for you, so you no longer have to carry a box of dirty clothes home. It was a very happy stay.

Clean, well-equipped, simple decoration, staff service attitude is particularly good, my lover and I left the clothes in the yard to go out to eat, but suddenly it rained, we thought that the clothes must be soaked, but when we came back, we found that our clothes were at the front desk. The beauty manager at the front desk brought our clothes in and put them at the front desk, and the people were beautiful, really beautiful, breakfast was very rich, it was recommended

The service was excellent, attentive, patient, and welcoming. However, the facilities were lacking: the room was poorly soundproofed, and the breakfast was average. We stayed two nights in a row. The first night was next to the hallway, and the noise kept us awake all night. We could clearly hear people going up and down the stairs. Light sleepers should choose carefully or bring earplugs. After discussing the situation, we changed rooms on the second night, which was slightly better. However, the noise from the neighbors who were late sleepers was still clear, and I suspect it was a problem with the wall.

The hotel is situated quite high up, very close to Kashgar Old City. You don't even need a taxi; it's just a few minutes' walk away 😁. It's located near the West Gate entrance of Kashgar Old City. The transportation is convenient, and the room is quiet with good soundproofing. The room is also quite spacious. The staff are very enthusiastic, and their service attitude is excellent 👍. Special shout out to the handsome guy in the white uniform, really commendable! All the staff are warm and attentive. The room hygiene is spotless, clean, and odorless, with all facilities and equipment in place. There's a washing machine, dryer, fridge, and microwave, all free to use. The hotel environment is also great; I believe this is an older hotel, but it's still well-maintained. The rooms are bright and spacious with a good decor style, not looking like a hotel that's several years old. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here. The breakfast selection is also very rich, giving a homely warmth when you're away (◍•ᴗ•◍)

The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was great, quiet and comfortable. Parking downstairs was very convenient and free. There were many restaurants nearby, and it's only three kilometers from Kashgar Old City. Highly recommended.

In the May Day Night Market, it was very lively at night, but the parking space was very, very difficult to find. It was under construction outside. It took a few laps to see the entrance.
